Enjoy Santander

BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND After booking my stay I called the property & they confirmed that there was an individual locker inside the female dorm & advised me to bring a padlock for it but upon arrival I was told that my locker was out of use due to the poor set up of the room and I was offered to move to a much bigger mixed 12 bedded dorm (which I declined) or a locker by the front desk which was very inconvenient as it was far from the room. Female dorm was very basic and felt claustrophobic due to its tiny size. Dorm's door was faulty and only closed with a loud bang Window"s blind was also faulty. Not a single piece of furniture/ surface in the dorm to place your items apart from your bed. Draconian hostel rules: not allowed to be in common area after 23h, unable to use toilets and/or stay in your room/bunk bed between 12:00 and 14:30. Very poor customer service: A male member of staff entered the female dorm without knocking at the door at 11:30 when I was getting dressed asking to vacate the room for cleaning before the set up cleaning time. They offer to keep your luggage upon check out but are very reluctant for you to change clothes/use the bathroom when collecting your luggage.

Great experience at this centrally located hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the checkin process. The hostel is centrally located in Santander, and has a nice atmosphere inside. There is plentiful space to hang out and work, with great kitchen facilities and also a vending machine and coffee machine for guest use. The hostel was very clean, and the bunks had privacy dividers which I personally find very valuable for a good nights sleep. Overall I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends!!

Good stay 😊 I returned to Enjoy again this year, after a great first visit last summer. The staff were very welcoming and attentive and the space is great - good socialising spaces and the individual beds with curtains create an element of privacy.

i stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of may and it was a great little place! i stopped in a 4 bed female dorm and the bed was comfortable, private and extremely clean. lots of places to relax and a fridge for keeping drinks. would stay again. loved it 😊

Great stay A very clean and accessible hostal. Staff are very friendly and it is quiet.
