Extraordinary. Warm welcoming staff. Place with unforgettable viewpoint isolated from the world but with all the amenities: restaurant, bar, swimming pool. Highly recommended

Fabulous place to stay. Great restaurant and very attentive and friendly staff. The front desk weee especially receptive and welcoming. Breakfast buffet included and highly recommend. The staff go out of their way to accommodate you and really want you to enjoy your stay. Facilities that we used were the sauna, whirlpool, indoor and outdoor pool. Only criticism was that the temperature of the hot tub was not high enough (maybe a safety requirement?)

We had such a wonderful relaxing time at this hotel. Staff were lovely and friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Our room and the hotel was spotless and had a great relaxing atmosphere to it. With beautiful views we would highly recommend this hotel

Absolutely stunning. A Friend of mine had arranged for 20 of us to visit for Sunday Brunch on the day of my 50th Birthday. What can I say. The staff bent over backwards to make sure that we were looked after. They had set us up underneath canopies out on the viewpoint. Breathtaking. The food was incredible, from the in-house baked bread to the constant supply of sparkling wine, mini Pregos, eggs Benedict and the seemingly never ending buffet table. To top it off, Aurea (apologies if I have spelled the name incorrectly) presented me with an incredible 50th Birthday Cake, as a gift from the hotel. Truly unforgettable. Thank you

What a view! The pool, the vinyard, the mountains, the nature...and most of the time the sun. Excellent stay in a very nice, big room. Very large breakfast buffet and friendly staff around. We had a great time.

A great hotel in a wonderful location close to Santana. Stunning view of the coast among vineyards. Ask for a room with sea view. The hotel has a feel of a mountain chalet, with a fireplace in the main room, the food, both breakfast and dinner, were excellent (for dinner ask to sit on the balcony) and the spa very nice. I had an excellent sport massage. The rooms are pleasant and well appointed. You will need a car. One of the few hotels were breakfast is served earlier (730 am) which enabled us to arrive early for our treks. A necessity as parking lots get filled quickly after 830 am.

Wonderful hotel in a stunning location. The welcome we received made us very relaxed. Every member of staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was excellent with an amazing view. The bar had a lovely relaxed atmosphere with a great selection of drinks and great live music. We were attending a wedding and the staff ensured it was an unforgettable experience. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to this beautiful island.
