It was a wonderful stay. All people were super smiling and helpful. Everything very light and organized. I really loved it and recommend it. The breakfast is super complete and nutritious, you can see the care and organization in every detail. Large room and wonderful garden. The location is perfect

The guesthouse itself is beautiful, when we arrived the room was clean. However, the TV is not smart, they only offer water in the fridge, socket only on one side of the bed, I went to reception to ask if they had room service, the restaurant was closed. I stayed for 3 days and they never cleaned the room, we had to leave a day early, everything was paid for, the owner didn't want to refund/or give a credit for the lost night. In the end, she asked us to evaluate the accommodation, we left some options as bad and the owner didn't even give us the opportunity to explain what was bad, she went on to say that we had just asked for the room to be cleaned... Anyway, I don't recommend it, given the high price, no it is worth it.

I paid 1900.00 for the Laguinho chalet, the amount charged did not deliver what was expected. TV: open with only 5 channels (not working the first day, nowadays all TVs are smart). Hydro bath: only fits one person and the smell is charged separately. Room: has a bit of a musty smell, no wardrobe and small bed for two people. Blanket: just a thin one, if I hadn't taken mine it would have been complicated. Breakfast: cakes, cheese bread, biscuits, black coffee and milk, fruit, even reasonable. The cafe space is small, when I arrived I had to wait for a space. Swimming pool: small, I didn't use it. Location: in the city center, positive point. Service: good, staff are helpful. Summary: for 3 days, the value of 1900.00 is very high for a small delivery, you only have one coffee per day, and doing some simple math it works out to 633.00 per day per couple, to use one room and have just one coffee. It’s not a good option for chalets 👍

I've been to Serra other times in other inns and in none of them have I had such a bad experience as in this inn Adega cipó, the attendant doesn't show any importance or cordiality towards the customer, she doesn't know how to talk and expresses herself rudely, I had an unforeseen event which caused me to be late a little and the attendant kept sending messages the whole time saying that if I arrived 5 minutes later than time I would have to pay a fine of 50 reais, which was unnecessary. Anyway, we arrived, the air conditioning didn't work, I sent a message and they didn't respond, breakfast didn't have coffee and very few food options. The first impression I had doesn't encourage me to think about it a second time.

Large rooms, super comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, delicious breakfast. Beautiful inn, wonderful green area, with lakes and hammocks under the trees, and the reception by the owners makes all the difference

Wonderful Stay! Without a doubt...I will return, prepared team, close to the center (on foot), quiet location, cozy and comfortable suites! Very attentive staff taking care of all the details of the inn!!!

The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are great, clean and well equipped!! It's also in a great location, as well as a very attentive staff! I've stayed there several times! Without a doubt an excellent option in Serra do Cipó!!! I highly recommend it!!!!
