非常差的服務，入住酒店，車停在酒店內部停車場，因為酒店的太陽傘掉下來砸壞我的車子，造成三面漆和玻璃的損傷，找酒店理論，酒店給出回覆不是人為造成的，是風把傘吹下來砸壞的，説成是什麼不可抗力因素。酒店就沒有責任嗎？既然是內部停車場，難道沒有保護客人財產的責任嗎？請給出合理的解決方案
