Recently stayed one night at a weekend and was told our room did not include tissues as it was a standard room as we paid €150 for the night. I don’t think a box of tissues would’ve gone amiss Sarcastic, the receptionist greeting was almost hostile. What ever happens to the smile and welcome to the hotel. The saving grace was Liliana who did the wine tasting with us and was absolutely charming and good humoured General manager, please note this and suggest you promote Liliana immediately We have stayed in many hotels in the Alentejo and must say they were far more friendlier

Great space, impecable staff Saw the birth of a baby goat Will probably come back in the near future to explore the property and its many activities. Everyone is very friendly and accomodation No bad sides that i can thing of The horses are great

Very nice property where the staff makes you feel at home and welcomed. It is my second time here with kids and they have unforgettable moments. Room and common areas are very clean and well taken care of (rooms are a bit dated but I have heard they are renovating soon), food is good and tasty and all is well organized. Great activities for kids and great people who are part of making it happen, a special thanks to Daniela and her team. Also, despite the very long days and clear shortage of staff mainly in Bar and Restaurant, they were always working with a smile on their faces! Great team!

Um local ótimo para passar um fim-de-semana ou uma semana de férias. Propicio a momentos relaxantes, pequenos passeios pela herdade ou outras atividades de lazer. Para quem for apreciador de vinhos, é recomendada uma visita às caves com uma prova de vinhos. Vale a pena comprar uma garrafas. Staff muito simpático, sentimo-nos bem acolhidos.

Estadia fantástica. Quartos muito cómodos e espaçosos. Pequeno almoço muito bom com muita variedade e espaços exteriores fabulosos para passear e repousar. Muitas atividades para fazer e distrair. A piscina é muito boa e todo o seu espaço envolvente muito agradável.

Não conheciamos este Vila Gale, mas ficámos com a promessa de voltar. Espaço incomparável no meio do Alentejo, onde se encontra o verdadeiro descanso. Desde as piscinas (crianças e adultos), ao SPA, aos espaços relvados, a quintinha e a variedade de diversões disponiveis, no que respeita a este último aspeto um destaque merecido para o funcionário Tio Bolinha, que a solo é uma autentica equipa de animação. Quartos limpos e pequeno-almoço saboroso e variado. Apenas um reparo para a recepção, uma vez que chegámos pelas 15h, tivemos cerca de 25min até iniciarmos o nosso check-in, dada a afluência de hóspedes para efetuar a sua entrada e apenas 2 funcionários no atendimento. Este aspecto não é penalizador na nossa avaliação final.

Hotel relativamente acolhedor, duas coisas a apontar falta de pessoal do facto de ter agendado uma massagem há um mês e quando chegou a hora de a fazer não estava marcada e não havia vaga. Pequeno almoço bom mas o café bastante azedo. Colchão demasiado mole

Chambre propre mais très obscure. Par contre, bien équipée. Piscine ok avec bar. Grand regret: restaurant ouvert jusqu’à 22:30 et à 21:15 tout est semi vide et sec. Le bar: bien quand les serveurs veulent rentrer ça s’entend: rangement des chaises alors que nous venions de nous asseoir, extinction des lumières extérieurs au moment où le bar ferme, donc vous finissez votre verre dans quasi l’obscurité.avis donc très mitigé
