Hotel did not advise before arrival that the pool was being maintained. Bad communication, rooms small & balcony tiny, overlooking another & straight into the bedroom. Did not stay as weather was too hot to go without a pool

Dieses Hotel ist keinesfalls empfehlenswert, außer Sie wollen eine Zeitreise 40 Jahre zurück durchführen. Es ist sehr sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel wurden einfach nur getrichen und das ist wahrscheinlich auch schon ewig her. Es sieht alles sehr schäbig aus und eklig. Der Kühlschrank ist so etwas von eklig und ebenfalls uralt. Den möchte man wirklich nicht nutzen. Richtig gekühlt hat der sowieso nicht. Vor vielen vielen Jahren war es sicher einmal ein sehr schönes Hotel, aber heute entspricht es keinesfalls 4 Sterne. Der Eingang schreckt schon ab, überall Hundespielzeug und dergleichen. Der Tresen an der Rezeption sehr unsauber und keinesfalls einladend, wie auch die katastrophale Ordnung an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück ist einfach nur billig, die Tischdencken teilweise dreckig und manche verpackte Sachen waren bereits verfallen. Vom Zimmer blickt man 2m entfernt auf das gegenüberliegende Zimmer. Dort gibt es tatsächlich noch riesige schwere Schlüssel. Die Teppiche auf den Gängen keimig, der Geruch insgesamt sehr unangenehm. Es war das letzte Hotel unserer Rundreise, aber mit Abstand das schlechteste. Nie wieder!!!

Hotel in posizione tranquilla e vicino la centro di Santa Teresa. Peccato che dimostri tutti gli anni che ha, moquette macchiata sulle scale, scrostature, mobili della camera sgangherati e bagno molto modesto. Insomma, non certo da 4 stelle. Personale gentile e disponibile, colazione buona e varia. Nel complesso però il rapporto qualità / prezzo è piuttosto basso.

Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Colazione con ampia scelta, sia dolce sia salato. E poi la posizione dell’hotel e’ ottima: vicino al centro, vicino al porto e con tanto parcheggio. E c’è pure la piscina (che non guasta mai 😉)!

È un posto dove si sta benissimo. È pulito e accogliente. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è molto ricca e I dolci sono fatti da loro e sono buonissimi. Io ci torno tutti gli anni. È comodo per la locazione perché è lontano dal rumore ed allo stesso tempo vicino a tutto.

Tutto molto bene. Ottima colazione. servizio di pulizia molto valido. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione tranquilla. Gestione familiare. Forse qualcosa da rinnovare nell'arredamento della camera un po' vintage... Lo consiglio sicuramente

Bel hôtel pulitisimo personale inpeccabile colazione con molta scelta per tutti i gusti situato non lontano del centro 10mn a piedi. Ci siamo fermati per 15 giorni... Parlano francese noi che veniamo dalla Svizzera francese ve lo Consigliamo 👍👏

Hotel terribile, al massimo 2 stelle, almeno per quanto riguarda la stanza che mi era stata assegnata. Incapacità di trattare il cliente da parte del proprietario il quale, invece di scusarsi per la stanza assegnata, mi ha messa alla porta, letteralmente messa alla porta, nonostante avessi già pagato con Booking. Quando ho chiesto di poter mangiare qualcosa prima perchè ero a digiuno, mi ha risposto che le valigie sarebbero state prese dalla stanza e messe fuori anche in mia assenza. In quel momento, visto l'atteggiamento poco conciliante e ragionevole della proprietaria, ho avuto paura e sono andata via. Solo le foto dell'hotel possono rendere lo squallore che mi sono trovata davanti quando sono entrata: una camera fatiscente, disadorna, con materiali scadenti e usurati, un letto che sembrava più una brandina che un letto di un 4*.

Das Hotel ist absolut keine 4 Sterne wert. Es ist regelrecht eklig. Der Teppichboden ist keimig und auch die Möbel in den Zimmern sind uralt und überall beschädigt. Die alten ursprünglichen Möbel wurden irgendwann einfach nur überstrichen. Die Dusche ist so eng, dass man sich kaum drehen kann und ebenfalls sehr alt. Man fühlt sich bei der Einrichtung 30 Jahre der Zeit hinterher. In der Beschreibung stand mit Balkon, aber das war nicht so. Die alte Klimaanlage wurde nicht abgebaut und ist ein totaler Dreckfänger und unansehnlich. Der Safe wird noch mit Schlüssel betrieben, die Zimmertür ebenfalls. Der Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ist einfach nur eklig. Ich frage mich, wie man so etwas als 4 Sterne Hotel anbieten kann. Im Bad waren noch die Reste des Vorgängers. Die Rezeption wirkt abschreckend vor lauter Unordnung. Die Bedientheke an der Rezeption wirkt dreckig und abgenutzt. Im Eingangsbereich liegt überall Hundespielzrug und dergleichen umher. Das Frühstück besteht aus den billigsten Speisen. Die Tischdecken sind teilweise dreckig. Es gab zum Teil Lebensmittel, bei denen das Haltbarkeitsdatum überschritten war. Für Menschen, die glutenfrei essen müssen, gibt es fast nichts und selbst das ist dann verfallen. Eine echte Schande dieses Hotel.
