Hotel Moresco

I recently stayed at Hotel Moresco, expecting a luxurious experience given the $700 per night price tag, but I was incredibly disappointed. For such a steep rate, I assumed basic amenities would be top-notch, but that was far from the case. First, there was no hot water in my room. After a long day, the least I expected was a warm shower, but it was impossible. I contacted the front desk, but the issue was never resolved during my stay. Secondly, the hotel lacks a swimming pool, which is a surprising omission for a hotel in this price range. They advertise a swimming pool in the pictures but it’s not swimmable. This was a huge letdown, especially given that the beach Rena Bianca, which I had hoped to enjoy instead, was polluted and unsafe for swimming due to E. coli contamination. All in all, Hotel Moresco fell far short of expectations. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're looking for a high-quality experience that justifies the cost. I truly feel cheated.

We really wanted to love this hotel but given we have stayed at some great hotels across the world, this place fell short. Positives are great location and decently renovated rooms and ample breakfast. Whilst you have access to beach, chairs and umbrellas they supply aren’t directly on the beach and are on a hill so you can’t get really comfortable. Also, inconsiderate hotel guests reserve chairs with their towels and don’t show up for hours something not allowed at some hotels. Some of staff as others have also commented are not friendly and come across as arrogant.

Has all the potential to be an amazing hotel but lacks any character! Best part of the hotel is the location and an amazing infinity pool - however you can’t use it! There is NO VIBE at all, only to enjoy the beautiful view and go to the beach. The worst part of the experience was the receptionist Viviana. Completely rude, terrible communication and unprofessional. Continually attempting to overcharge us for things we had already paid prior to arriving to the hotel. Disorganised with car parking and miscommunication between staff when trying to acquire taxi services and beach beds For the cost, my advice is to take your hard earned money elsewhere, at least somewhere you can use the pool!

This hotel does NOT have their own beach. The sun beds in pictures are another hotels beds and is not possible to book or use by moresco guest The Solarium that belongs to the hotel can be booked for 30 euro each bed. When we arrived yesterday it was only two beds available for the next week This is a complete rip off and the reason we book the hotel was because of the hotel and direct access to beach We paid twice the average price for a hotel just to have a beach and sun beds but this is not a beach hotel with guaranteed sun beds unless you book 2 weeks in advance or wake up at 08:00 and hold on to a bed that is facing downwards and impossible to relax on since the beds are in a hill with no sun before afternoon Stay away

Santa Teresa is a charming city at the northern end of Sardinia. We needed to shepherd our group to an early morning ferry to Corsica (a 10 min walk down the hill) and consequently wanted to find something memorable for their last night on this beautiful island. What luck we had to discover The Hotel Moresco and its charismatic new owner- Viviana. All of our rooms had incredible sea views, very comfortable beds and charming bathrooms. She and her staff took excellent care of our people as we had both dinner and breakfast in their restaurant La Vista. Thank you Viviana and Company

A boutique hotel located just above one of the prettiest little beaches in Sardinia, Rena Bianca. We stayed one night in a beach view, deluxe room in mid September while the weather and water were still warm enough to swim. The price was very reasonable -around 300€ and included breakfast. We were in room 109 overlooking the beach. The bed and pillows were very firm and their were usb power ports on either side of the bed along with small tables which I always appreciate. Furnishings were simple with white tile floors and white interior throughout. The room wasn't overly big but didn't feel cramped. The small bathroom with single sin k still had room for a great rain shower. We also had a large balcony with white wicker table and chairs so could sit outside during a couple of brief rain showers. The main allure here is the beach-just a 2-minute walk down. The hotel also has a large number of beach chairs (many under shady trees) dedicated to guests which is great because I’m certain this beautiful beach gets packed in high season. No pool at this hotel though, just a reflecting pool to add ambiance to the restaurant and bar. Try to sit out there for breakfast. Note: they have 24 parking spaces but they MUST be reserved in advance (did not see this on their website anywhere-20€/day) or else you have to try for paid street parking (enforced 9-midnight) at 1€/hr-we got lucky on street. A great stay and wonderful beach.
