Amazing stay!!

We arrivedvat 12noon and had to wait till 4pm to get into a room. Even though this is check in time if you know you have guests arriving (who have been on the go since 330am......)? Rooms v spacious and modern. Bed v comfortable but pillows too bouncy for us. Cleaning v erratic - 2 days we were out of room from 830am until 4pm and room wasn't cleaned! After some complaints etc it was done but v frustrating. Bed was not changed in week we stayed and daily cleaning standard was v basic. Food options were OK but prices at pizza restaurant were v high - pizzas ok around €15 but spaghetti vongole about €26! I got glass of house red which was the smallest I have ever seen at €12! The Italians next to me got 2 glasses of wine much larger. Breakfast was v varied if hot things only warm. The staff were generally poor especially females and Maitre d'. Woman who did eggs - Valerie- was an exception. She was 'can do' and v obliging and cheery - 5 stars to her. Buffet dinner was a bit busy etc kids all over but food was largely decent. At €40 pp including certain drinks I thought it was v nice. Salad bar was exceptional. All drinks in bars v expensive. €4 for a diet coke..... Beach - beach was v beautiful. However beds in first 2 rows were charged at €90 a day for 2!!!! Others were available at €50 for 2!! We sat elsewhere but we did feel that Italian guests were given priority and indeed we were treated badly at times. Hotel grounds beautiful and well kept. A little train takes you round. A beautiful setting. Availability of English speakers at reception poor. We had to pursue excursions and were not told of shuttle bus!

The environment is chaotic, particularly in the restaurant area, where children are allowed to run around freely, disturbing other guests and turning meals into an unpleasant experience. While we understood the resort was not adults-only, the lack of supervision and structure was far beyond what we expected. The food quality is poor. It lacks freshness and flavor, and overall does not meet the standard one would expect. We recommend eating outside the resort if possible. Service is consistently lacking. Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, and requests are often ignored. For example, we were told a taxi had been arranged, only to find out it had not been booked at all. If you’re planning an excursion, be aware that this kind of disorganization can cause you to miss it entirely. Service is where this resort falls short. Staff rarely smile, are generally unhelpful, and do not go out of their way to assist or accommodate guests. We are used to service staff who take pride in their work, who do their best to make guests feel welcome and valued , this was not the case here. Several times, staff responded to questions or requests with long replies in Italian, without checking whether the guest even understood the language. There is a clear lack of effort to make guests feel comfortable or supported. Room amenities are basic and disappointing. The towels are so thin they don’t dry properly, there are no bathrobes, and no drying rack is provided in the house, which makes even simple routines inconvenient. On a more positive note, the location is beautiful. The beach and ocean are stunning and definitely the highlight of the stay. However, be aware that if you want front-row chairs at the beach, you’ll have to pay extra. The resort’s interior design is modern and tasteful, and the beds are comfortable. Overall, the setting has potential, but the experience is undermined by poor service, low food quality, and a lack of attention to guest comfort. This resort is only suitable for families with small children, not adults.

The room we were assigned was clean tidy and renovated the bathroom great, the bed comfortable, and regularly kept clean Staff are certainly not trained, but they are very helpful and try to do what they can Some things we did not like including the presence of cockroaches in the room, the poor cleaning of the common areas stairs bathrooms outside the room, the delivery of luggage on our arrival for which it took more than an hour after countless reminders, the presence of rooms used for staff adjacent to ours. Not because I am annoyed by the staff near the room assigned to us, but because they had schedules needs different shouting was certainly not pleasant. The things we did not like, I reported them to the management asking to speak to a manager, but nothing has changed.

Fabulous resort right on a beautiful beach and ideal for a relaxing holiday. The rooms were perfect: modern, with lots of space; large bathroom; a spacious outdoor area in front of your room, great air con; and amazing views. We stayed half board and couldn't fault the food, and every member of staff we encountered was helpful and friendly, despite the record breaking temperatures during our stay. It's worth the 1.5 hour journey from Olbia to get to this part of the island, and the hotel arranges lots of excursions from here - I would highly recommend the trip to Corsica. The public bus calls at the resort and it's a short ride into Santa Teresa Gallura for about 3 Euros return, where you will find lots restaurants, shops and another really nice beach/marina, and can pick up other bus routes from the terminus. If you fancy a drink outside the resort itself, there are a couple of beach bars, as well as a nice restaurant/bar to the left of the complex, which has a small supermarket underneath. For couples, I would suggest go either side of the school holidays, as the resort is ideal for attracting large family groups. There are no lifts, and the steps may be difficult for some, however, the road train runs constantly around the complex to the beach and stops at each level of accommodation. I highly commend the staff here for their hard work since the re-opening and for making our holiday so perfect.

We are really enjoying our stay at this hotel half way through our week long visit. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and the rooms are very comfortable. We are staying in a superior double room. Very comfy bed and pillows, nice bathroom and a seating area at the entrance. Outside is a small grassed area with table and chairs and two sunbeds. There is a lovely view of the sea. The hotel is huge, but it never feels overly crowded. The only area which does feel a little crowded is on the beach where free sunbeds and parasols are provided, but the windy weather, though welcome in the warmth, means the parasols are having to be lowered. If you want you can rent a sunbeds and parasol in the front row but at €50 is too expensive. The pool area is really nice with luxurious furniture. The only negatives I could give are that we had to wait a couple of hours for our room to be ready, and communication is not great about where you can eat(we are on half board). So, you need to know that breakfast and dinner are served in The Mediterra restaurant, but you can also eat in the pizzeria, but you will have to pay a supplementary charge for some dishes. Overall the food is very good. I can recommend this hotel and don’t take too much notice of the negative reviews.

Not the best experience. Food was subpar, check in was inefficient, parking is located far from the hotel, AC in room was not strong, internet is spotty. Great location and rooms were nice. Has potential but staff service needs work, food can be improved.

Stayed at the hotel for a week (2nd week after hotel opening in June 2025) The location is superb, the beach is fantastic, water crystal clear, a lot of greenery around. The rooms were renovated as shown in official photos and as such were quite nice. The food served in the main restaurant was very tasty. But there were also problems: check-in was quite tedious and lengthy, the room AC was broken on arrival and we had to wait for someone to fix it (wrong installation during the renovation probably), the house-keeping for the first half of the week was non-existent (no cleaning, no change of towels, received verbal appology from reception and in second half of the week it turned OKish), food selection had some gaps (some were filled in later part of the week) - for example no fruit jam on breakfasts (that was added after 5 days), no beer on dinner for the first 4 days, basically no fresh vegetables on breakfast for the whole stay and fruit juices on breakfast were not refilled for the first few days (if you came later than 8AM there was basically none or only one last bit of pomelo juice), also there is no real way to dry thinks in the room (no drying rack) so you have to dry your swimwear and towels on two small chairs outside the room (and then you cannot sit there)
