A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! We’ve now spent 12 days at this wonderful hotel for the second time, and I can confidently say it won’t be the last. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service is absolutely perfect. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day, and the friendly housekeeping staff are always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The atmosphere in the hotel is excellent – an ideal place to fully relax. The reception staff always give you a warm welcome and have answers to all your questions. They assist you quickly and efficiently, which really contributes to a stress-free stay. The entertainment team is great, offering fun activities both during the day and in the evening. The bar staff are incredibly friendly, and the drink prices are very reasonable. I especially recommend the cocktails, smoothies, and milkshakes! The restaurant, The Burger Club, is also fantastic. The dishes, particularly the pizzas, are delightful. A special shout-out to floor managers Sylvia and Miquel, along with Miquel's wife who works in the kitchen. They are all so kind and work tirelessly every day. They solve any issue immediately and always have time for a joke or a chat. They even remember who you are, adding a personal touch to your stay. The kitchen staff also deserve praise. They always greet you with a smile and prepare the most delicious dishes. In short, if you’re looking for a hotel where everything is perfectly taken care of, where the staff truly make you feel welcome, and where you can enjoy delicious meals and drinks, this is the place for you. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience: this hotel is ideal for couples with children. Clean room and really friendly cleaning personnel. Good food, each evening a special theme next to the classic food (wide offering) Nice and clean swimming pool, you need to follow all the written rules. (no inflatables for example, no bal to play in the water) From a practical point of view: very close to the beach and the promenade where you can walk every night. I can recommend this hotel based on a good experience.

Impressionant! The best hotel in the area without any doubt. Infinity of food possibilities. Various food styles both inside the hotel and just in front and of very quality. The hotel has five swimming pools, with server drinking facilities, baleine bed, animation, etc. In the night, be able to drink a cocktail with live music is a joke (and if you don't want, from the room you don't hear anything). We will certainly return.

The hotel is very good for entertainment the kids were entertained throughout the holiday . Halloween night was brilliant with the DJ on a great atmosphere in the place. . Hotel staff are lovely and friendly , the rooms are comfortable and cleaned every day , the indoor pool and outdoor pool are great the aqua aerobics was very good , the buffet breakfast has lots of selection and is well stocked . I would highly recommend this hotel for value , we will return .

Disclaimer - My son staid in the hotel with his football team on a training camp for 10 days. I was at another hotel nearby but was a regular guest at Don’s to help the team out. So in short, don’t go to this hotel ! Spend your money elsewhere.. It’s absalute horror. Rooms are outdated by at least 30 years or so.. Aircooler did not work and for a group of guys training in the heat that’s not so good. Hotel staff always answer ;“tomorrow” :) ..I guess it has been that way for at least 18 years or so.. To be fair I did not taste the food but the team coach said it was the only good thing about the hotel, food was nice and the staff working with the food where friendly. I actually feel bad for letting my son stay there but he was with a group so it was complicated to solve that.. There where more issues on the way like couple of rooms totally locked out… And the hotel answer was “fixing that tomorrow” :) But luckely they found a way to let the boys in so they could sleep there and get to there stuff. If you go there don’t say I did not warn you ! :)
