It took us more than an hour to check in, the dining room is a bit confusing, it's not easy to find a spoon, there are huge lines to get coffee, it wouldn't cost much to put in another machine, the bathrooms have a bathtub, it needs a little repair, I think that It can't be a 4 star, a 3 would be more appropriate

Personnel, pas accueillant du tout Checkout entre 10 heures et midi. L’accueil vous appelle à 9h30 pour quitter la chambre à 10h. Parking aucune place même pour les personnes en situation d’handicap mais le pire de tout c’est l’accueil du personnel. Je ne recommande pas .

Florida Park Hotel in Santa Susanna made a great first impression – it’s nice, clean, and has a perfect location: close to the beach, shops, and the train station (ideal for a trip to Barcelona). The pool looks just like it does in the online photos. Unfortunately, communication with the reception staff was a bit difficult, and the check-in process took quite a while. Nevertheless, everything worked out in the end. A big shout-out to Ms. Sylwia from the restaurant! She’s a lovely person who offered us delicious wine during our all-inclusive dinner – this small but thoughtful gesture truly made our evening more enjoyable and added a special touch to our meal. PS: Look for the hotel under the name Florida Park Hotel, not Alegria Florida Park – the second name doesn’t appear on any signs and could be confusing.

Fantastic holiday, first one abroad with the kids. Nice place, food & drink were great, very spacious place so always somewhere to sit either at a table or a sunbed! Rooms cleaned every single day (thank you Maria Jose). Bar and restaurant staff very friendly people, Jonny at the bar in particular was a great laugh - all were great with us but don’t know all the names. Nice location only a few minutes walk to the beach and maybe 10 minutes to the train station. Perfect for a quieter resort but also to visit surrounding ones. The train journey to Barcelona is around 1 hour 20 minutes and the views all along the coast are stunning . Lastly thank you to the reception staff for being great too, we had a late flight but gave us access to food and drink and showers all day which I thought was great. We will be back for sure at some point. Adios amigos

The hotel was basic, no amenities in room such as cups, the fridge was warm. There was old belongings of previous guests in the room such as headphones hair around the tap. I did let reception know straight away she said she will let cleaners know but the cleaners didn't clean it until the next day. The food is hit and miss I wouldn't do all inclusive here, we did half board. Breakfast is OK if you like eggs. I think if it was down as 3 star I wouldn't have minded. The reception staff were lovely and helpful recommending places to eat and things to do. Getting to Botanical Gardens was easy. And train access is less than 10 minutes away. Lovely massage but facilities could do with general upgrade all over the hotel. It was alright for 3 nights but wouldn't stay again. Next time would get a hotel up the coast more to see nice spots of Costa Brava. Also did not have a nice paella whilst in the area. Kings best food place less than 5 minutes away wish we discovered it sooner.

We had a great time at the hotel! A big shoutout to Aya from the animation team, she’s full of energy and truly makes a difference. The aquagym sessions are so much fun, she leads them with such enthusiasm and really gets everyone moving. She's also super sweet with the kids. Definitely a highlight of our stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is a bit jaded but the accomodation fine/basic. Poolis good with ample space. The food though is terrible. Whilst i appreciate this location attracts tourists from all over Eurooe half cooked sausages and bacon, overdone eggs and half cup coffees ( with the minimum of coffee) just doesn't cut it. We cane half board but because of queues we generally manage to get toast and tomatoes... Half board rather than fully inclusive is a blessing. Should have gone room only.

Reasonable 3 star hotel. This is full of families and a hotel that hasn’t moved with the times since the 1980s. Basic but clean rooms with much needed air conditioning . We had one episode when the entire hotel AC was down but fixed pretty quickly. Staff are pleasant. 1980s style, the restaurant is a free for all at breakfast and dinner times. We’ve just changed our dinner to lunch and it’s much quieter and food quality better too. The food isn’t great - I’d give that 2 stars. Entertainment was so much better last time I visited (about 8 years ago). It’s basically a poor Havens Holiday camp in the sun. Oh and TV - no English speaking channels. You almost get what you pay for - but we’ll not return.

This summer hotel was a very pleasant experience. The facilities are well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is calm and inviting. I would definitely stay here again!
