I stayed at Hotel DWO Sirius for 5 nights all inclusive. Overall, I did enjoy my stay, but there were definitely some aspects that could be improved. Positives: • The rooms were nice and very clean, the cleaners do a great job every day. • The staff were all friendly and helpful. • The location is beautiful, with lovely surroundings. Negatives: • The all-inclusive offering was limited - only a small selection of snacks and drinks were included, and it excluded things like wine completely. • There were no ice cream or ice lollies available at the hotel, on all inclusive or to buy separately - you have to go out to get ice cream elsewhere. • There are no water fountains anywhere in the hotel, so you have to buy bottled water at the bar. • The restaurant food was good quality, but very poor for vegetarians. I am vegetarian and basically lived on potatoes and salad every day - it’s very meat-heavy with no non-meat alternatives. That said, the non-vegetarian food did look really nice so think it's great provided you're a meat-eater. • The pool area doesn't have enough sunbeds or chairs - they’re always fully occupied and people start queueing for sunbeds from 9am. This has been mentioned in quite a few reviews, so definitely needs rethinking. • The same playlist of about 10 pop songs plays on repeat all day at the pool and buffet, and it’s quite loud - this got extremely repetitive after a few days. • The gym was disappointing - there were 5 machines but only 1 (a treadmill) was actually working. • Some things were a bit missold, for example, the “brunch at the pool” is some food from the breakfast buffet you have to eat inside at the bar, not by the pool. Although I've listed quite a few negatives, overall I enjoyed my stay. But there are some aspects that could easily be improved and I feel the hotel is marketed more favourably than what you actually get.
