Unprofessional especially staff Evelyne and their general manager. Negligent customer service. Do not recommend at all. I booked a room at 10:00 am the day of check in and attached a note stating that we will be checking in late. When we got to the hotel, we were told by Evelyn that they cancelled our reservation and she claims that we were contacted to inform us of their random decision. Obviously, no one called us or emailed us. I was left with my family in the street to find an accommodation for the night after hours of travelling. The general manager didn’t even bother to send an email with her unjustified decision and staff Evelyn told me that there’s a another hotel down the street that I can go and check myself in in there. In addition, staff Evelyn claims their hotel is fully booked and that she can’t help me while the vacancy sign is on outside the hotel. Totally unprofessional. She also refused to send me an email with the cancellation. Terrible experience.

To high price for a suit that the small sink does work. The couch was dirty and the room smelled like ranch dirt. The young lady at the front was very accommodating and kind professional.

Clean room but the mattress had some broken springs. There was a lot of construction going on so I know they are working to make improvements. Ice machine broken. Continental breakfast minimal.

No elevator/out of service with 2nd floor rooms We were put on the 2nd floor with elevator out of service. Hallways were dirty and smelled like ****. No one at the front desk at time of check in. We had to walk around and look into the laundry room saying hello hello anyone here? Wont be back again.
