We had the best and most helpful staff greet us at the front desk. They we so accommodating and respectful our our situation. We had just arrived from the hospital.

Rooms were worn and aged the first room was over some sort of sewer break and smelled horrible. They moved me to another room that was poorly cleaned. Still garbage in the bins and the sheets wrinkled. Breakfast was a huge disappointment, a cold and undercooked Fritatta and no juices? .

Well-appointed hotel, everything you would expect from a Hyatt Regency. Close to historic Railroad Square and just a short walk to downtown. Check-in staff was great and parking was convenient on site.

My sister and I stayed for two nights. We took a 10 minute Uber into Sebastopol for an event. We had a great ex and will definitely stay again. We also enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi, it was perfect!

Great hotel overall. Bar was kind of awkwardly placed in the lobby with limited seating options, and maybe people drinking is not the first thing you want to see when you check in at 1 pm with kids. But other than that there's nothing even bordering on negative to say about this place; it's clean, friendly, good food, top notch.
