First, the front desk receptionist couldn’t find our reservation he had to call the owner instead of checking the system or my confirmation number. Second, they gave us a room with no AC they had to split us into two different rooms and the next day gave us a bigger room all that moving around was too much. Third, everyday when room service would come around they would leave the balcony door unlocked, sorry but that was unsafe anyone can climb that balcony and get in. There was no blow dryer or iron to do our clothes. Maybe I’m used to US hotels? 🤔 overall, I wouldn’t go back
