La experiencia en este hotel fue terrible. La atención al cliente fue lamentable y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear: las toallas estaban sucias y rotas, las sábanas de la cama tenían manchas, y no me hicieron la limpieza de la habitación. Además, me informaron en recepción que, si no lo pido específicamente, la limpieza no se realiza. En dos ocasiones, me encontré sin poder salir del hotel porque el personal de recepción no estaba presente, ya que estaba durmiendo en algún lugar del establecimiento. El servicio de internet tampoco funcionaba. Cuando comenté estos problemas con el recepcionista, en lugar de ofrecer una solución, me advirtió de que no lo 'regañara', insinuando que podría tomar represalias contra mí, lo cual me dejó muy preocupado y a punto de llamar a la policía. Nunca volveré a este hotel, y no puedo recomendarlo en absoluto.
