The location is easy to find and accessible by both private car and public transport. There are also nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and even malls if you need anything during your stay. The room I stayed in was clean, neatly arranged, and had a modern minimalist design that was both functional and easy on the eyes. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well, and I appreciated that the linens and towels were fresh. The space isn't overly large, but it’s well laid out — perfect for short stays. "Booked due to power outage during the typhoon. It was a bit flooding outside so it was difficult to reach convenience stores. Water was seeping into the window and dripping into the floor. But you can ignore it. Overall , it was still a nice stay if you don't have that much choice in the city."

"It's always fun and memorable staycation here. We love their swimming pools, very relaxing. Lobby and room smell so nice. Perfect location also. Restaurants, malls, groceries and coffee shops are just walking distance."

"The room we booked was very spacious, and has a very nice view. However, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night, and when housekeeping checked went to check, it turned on but the noise was too loud and no cold air coming out. So we were transferred to a another room which had no view, smaller tv with a very sqeaky/noisy mattress. Every move we made, it made a noise, it was not what we have expected to experience from a 4star hotel. It was disappointing and the whole fiasco had disrupted our sleep so bad that we left the hotel even more tired. Not sure if i want to go back here anymore."

"Hotel location is very near Nuvali. The hotel also offers free shuttle services to-from Nuvali. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Only cons for this stay is that the breakfast was normal (not that delish) and is very limited. Also, the hotel doesn't offer complimentary coffee and tea set up in the room. Overall, my mom's birthday staycation was great."
