Great base for everything. Nice and clean and quiet. Staff were lovely and helpful. We had room 901 so no-one above us and just 1 room next door. Had a lovely view. The only negative was the small lifts that you used but it wasn’t raining and we are fit and able, so took the stairs a few times. On leaving we requested a taxi for the following morning which was arranged (we did go and double check it had been booked, which was a good job as the receptionist had forgotten, we had a joke saying it Sunday not too worry)

Considering it's position, quality of reception area, rooms, pool and staff, this is a great value option. Strengths:- Short walk to the beach. Great air con. Pleasant pool. Nice pool bar, Great access to all amenities. Gym downstairs Weakness:- A little close to the rowdy bars, although with doors closed you can't really hear it. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those on a budget. Tip: turn right out of the hotel for the nicest bars and restaurants.

We got first room closest to the road and view to the stinky back of kebab place. It was that stinky that couldn't even sit in balcony. At nights been loud till 4-5am, beds been horrible too, so we barely sleep all our stay in. Air conditioners been leaking down on sofa and floor. Ants been coming to the room and last night when been waiting on taxi in reception area saw massive cockroach. Never seen nothing like it in my life. WiFi ...what WiFi lol? Been working only sometimes and one person could use per time if you wanted open some photos or videos. Worse holidays ever. Never again.

Very loud at night as it's in main *****. Couldn't sleep till 4-5 am. Beds very hard and not comfortable. Shower needs really good clean. Air conditioners leaking water down on living room sofa where some of us been sleeping and sitting. From bedroom air conditioner been going strong mould smell. Tried cook breakfast for family and fire alarm started go on. Seen ants keep coming to room too. And last morning seen a massive cockroach running about in reception. And came back home bitten all my back I guess it's bed bugs probably. Never back again definetly. Only good thing it's - receptionists been very nice and friendly.

Dreadful place.Arrived to an apartment with broken fridge to which receptionist answered “ that fridge is small anyway “Second day water leak in kitchen & discovered that toaster was broken also.Got relocated to other apartment and later discovered that there was no water in toilet so had to flush down excrements with bucket for 2 1/2 days till we left.Also cockroaches available for entertainment.

Booked here for 5 days with the hubby. We arrived approximately hlf 12ish in the afternoon our room was ready which was great. After unpacking we went straight out to explore where we were and have a littl something to eat. These apartments are situated in the right place can't fault it at all. Near to the pubs and restaurants and the beach. We were in room 501 .. there is only a lift to level 3 so then you have to get out and walk up the next flights of steps to your room.. wasn't a problem for us. After the second day we realised there were quite a lot of ants on our balcony and around the windows and door. So we complained and the maintenance man came and sprayed ant killer all about. Initially it done the job. However when we got up the next morn the Ants were in the apartment and on the cupboards and table and floor and pretty much everywhere. So we went to complain again and we asked to be moved , which we were strait away to level 4. This room was clean and tidy. However the gate was broke and would not close. It banged all night and day when we were in the room which was annoying. Also the cupboard was broke and it would not shut. The pull out bed seemed to be creaking when we sat there so not sure it was broken. Although we didn have to use that as we had rhe bedroom. We did mention all these to reception but no one came to look or anything. Pool area was poor and run down i ould say. Not a very big pool at all and a small area for beds although there was another area nearby the pool with more beds. This is not the place for us and we would not return. I have to say that all the staff were lovely

This place is fantastic so close to the beach and shops bars and restaurants. If I could give more stars I would. The staff are lovely I was on 9th floor and could see the sea from my balcony which was so big I couldn't believe it was all mine. In room there's everything you need for a self catering holiday 5*

We've just recently stayed at Sun Beach and I can say this place is impeccably clean from the rooms down to the pool area spotless and very well maintained. Reception team always smiling and always helpful. Our room was spacious,clean and had everything you need for self catering holiday, even down to little packs of cleaning cloths and sponge which we thought was very useful. The cleaners do an amazing job changing everything every other day and always smiling a great team. Our room was on the 8th floor with lifts available and the view was amazing looking over to the beach highly recommended. Although the hotel is in the busier part of Santa Ponsa we had no issues with noise. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would have no issues rebooking, thank you for a great stay
