Hotel Casablanca

We had a lovely 12 night stay recently. It's in the quieter part of Santa Ponsa but still very close to all amenities. It was very clean in the public areas and the rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day. The staff were all friendly and there were plenty of sun beds available at the pools. There is a safe and a small fridge in the rooms, both free. However the fridge was tiny and not very cold, so we opted to hire a proper fridge at a cost of 50 euros. It was well worth it in my opinion as it was very cold, just a shame it didn't have a small freezer compartment.

Just back from this hotel it was amazing. It should be more than a 3 star at least a 4. It was immaculate cleaned to a high standard including pool and pool area and garden. The staff were all friendly nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely, there were plenty of sun beds no rush to get one or put towels out . The stairs to pool weren’t as bad as they look and sound there’s hand rails to assist also a lift in the next building. Rooms cleaned and mopped every day and regular clean towels also fridge and safe in rooms . The hotel was 5 mins from beach and shops either left or right out hotel very central but just far enough back to be quiet. can recommend very highly this hotel and will look forward to going again. First time at this hotel everything was perfect room food staff location what isn't there to like in a quiet area but near beach approx 5 mins walk & plenty of restaurants/ shops near bus stops to take you to nearby resorts ! The best thing about this hidden gem was the friendliness of every member of staff who made you feel very valued would highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful hotel. More than a three star hotel. Wonderful staff from reception, cleaning staff and restaurant workers. Always a friendly face. So clean and tidy. Hotel at full occupancy but never felt that way. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice of hot and cold food, pastries and fruit. Guests have been returning here for over ten years so that shows how good this place is. Two pools for use of guests. Both clean and at any time of day lots of beds available. Fantastic gardens which are well kept. Loved Mr and Mrs Duck 🦆 that came for a swim in the afternoon if it was quiet. Beach about a ten minute walk. Near all restaurants and bars but not close enough to hear or keep you awake. Lastly amazing air conditioning much required in the extreme heat. I can recommend this hotel and would happily go again.

Just returned home yesterday from my 3rd visit to this gorgeous hotel. As usual the hotel was spotless and the pool area was immaculate with plenty of sun-beds available even later in the afternoon. A new thing this year was a small fridge and safe included in the rooms which other years you had to hire them . Staff are so friendly and helpful especially Tracey in the restaurant, always friendly and helpful. Booking our 4th visit in the next week for 2026.

I am currently staying in Hotel Casa Blanca with my husband and teenage children for my 50th birthday. We have really enjoyed our stay and will be sorry to leave tomorrow. We received a very pleasant and professional welcome from the owner of the hotel, who took us to our rooms himself. The staff are excellent across all departments. The hotel is very clean and the housekeeping staff are excellent. Our bedrooms are spacious, with adequate facilities and excellent showers. The housekeeping staff clean, replace towels daily and mop the floors. It is great to have a fridge in the room. The hotel is very traditional and it's lovely to see such typically Spanish features. The stand out feature is the pool area. The plants, shrubs and trees are beautiful and must take a considerable amount of effort to maintain. There are lots of sun beds and the pool is lovely, with an area especially for young children. We found the breakfast options to be plentiful and used the cafe bar a couple of times for snacks. Having stayed in many hotels and apartments in Santa Ponsa over the past 30 years, this is definitely one of the best. Many thanks to the managers and staff of Hotel Casa Blanca for helping us have a lovely holiday.
