Plaza Santa Ponsa Boutique - Adults Only.

This hotel was fantastic. No complaints. Lovely staff. The suite we had was big and very comfortable with a large balcony. Right by the roundabout and near to a supermarket lots of restaurants. The cocktails were really good. Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. Was plenty of subbed round the pool and a nice terrace upstairs. Would definitely recommend.

Greeted by a lovely lady, all given a glass of cava. All areas are spotlessly clean and well maintained. Rooms are bright and modern. Bathroom was quite small but clean, modern and a good shower, complimentary toiletries and hairdryer. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Pool area was lovely, could have done with some background music. Free pool towels available from reception. Bar area and outdoor seating was very relaxing. The bar severed great cocktails and sangria, a special thank you to Al the barman who was very attentive. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Advertised as a boutique 4 star and booked with this in mind , the hotel has been subject to a low quality refurbishment so their is nothing boutique about it just a uniformed theme , poor quality front of house service Great barman friendly and helpful and polite , good pool area and adjoining Russell,s restaurant serves great food , Overall experience is great location and food but spoilt by unfriendly front of house staff as we had to complain about smell in room and got moved to the furthest room in hotel overlooking dustbins and directly underneath a noisy machine on roof what kept us awake

Wonderful hotel in the hub of Santa Ponsa. We were greeted by a friendly, polite member of staff. She checked us in quickly and offered us a chilled glass of Cava. She took us up to our room and quickly explained all the things we needed to know. The room was spotlessly clean, plenty of plug sockets, and a lovely balcony overlooking the Main Street with a view of the sea. The bathroom again was spotless, plenty of hot water for showers. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choices and very attentive staff who quickly cleared tables and chatted to everyone. The pool area was very welcoming, plenty of sun beds and you could use the hotels towels. Would definitely recommend this hotel, hopefully we will return in the not to distant future. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit so memorable.

Hotel area is good for beach,restaurants, bus stop and taxi rank just out of the hotel,room 313 corner room,nice large room,large bed and t.v,small fridge,ask for a kettle from reception and they bring to room,chairs ,table and loungers on balcony,great choice of breakfast,but cooked not hot,taxi from airport approx 48 euros,bus to Palma 4 + euros regular.

Had a lovely stay at this adults only hotel. The location is perfect - a few steps away from the gorgeous beach, the bus stop to Palma is next to the hotel, lots of bars and restaurants close by. I was in a double room, it was compact but nicely put together. At nighttime you could sometimes hear noise coming through the balcony door which kept me awake one night. You’re only provided with a small bottle of shower gel, shampoo and body lotion. This seems like a lot of plastic waste. Most other hotels these days have shower gel dispensers attached to the wall which reduce the use of single use plastic. The safe was free which was a nice touch. As others have said the fridge wasn’t great. You could watch the sunset from your balcony which was a lovely experience. Breakfast was good which lots to choose from and nice coffee. All staff I met were lovely. They even gave my mum a bottle of fizz to celebrate her birthday. If you’re wanting to visit Santa Ponsa I’d recommend this hotel.

Overall, a mixed experience…. Positives: - fantastic position near the beach, on the ‘quieter’ side of the bay - quite new sun loungers and umbrellas - pool was clean, no sun lounger wars - fast, reliable Wi-Fi - breakfast was buffet style and on the whole of a good enough quality - air con was great, free safe in room - room we had looked over pool and was very quiet - perfect! Negatives: - overall we felt the hotel was short staffed - so some of the below comments may be due to this - room was cleaned every day but this was a very quick basic clean. Level of cleanliness was just about acceptable. The women who cleaned were lovely and may well be pressed for time. - some of the towels and bedding were not in great condition (but were clean) - no drinks service round pool, had to go into bar area where it was confusing as they didn’t really want you to order from bar. Waiter was taking orders from customers in front area - but not the pool. It was just awkward really, and no option to have a tab. - standard room was very small, and some of fixtures and fittings were in odd places. ie tv near sliding door and wall lamp no where near bed. - often no one at reception, multi tasking doing other things - this is understandable but a buzzer would be helpful - no shower room available if you have a late departure. We had to pay 60e to keep our room. Not ideal but easier for us to just pay it. I think this hotel probably just about scrapes into the 4 star category. It was ok for us - position in resort and peace and quiet are really important to us. But would we stay again or recommend it? No, we wouldn’t. For the price we paid there are plenty of other hotels to try. This hotel is in the “not quite” category.
