"1. We bought this hotel at that time and it was clear that parking was free and then there was no breakfast. Later we checked in that night and told us to pay $ 17. It was the breakfast fee, parking fee, wifi fee. I have to pay this money, I also find it very funny, and then the so-called breakfast is to give you a few cakes and drinks, nothing else. The point is that you must pay the price of $ 17. It feels like you are in a pit. It is clear that Ctrip did not explain these costs. It was only when I discovered that I had to pay. It was really furious."
"Great location, just 2-3 minutes walk to Santa Monica Beach. Many eateries around the hotel. The air conditioning look very retro but it’s very powerful. Beds are comfortable. It’s a very basic hotel, not new but the location is good and it’s not noisy. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful."
"Perfect location in Downtown Santa Monica very close to many attractions, shopping & dining options. The famous Santa Monica Pier is an easy walk across from the hotel, along with plenty of beach/ocean access. The entire property is renovated & the rooms are very nice, comfy beds and the chaise sofa next to the window is perfect for watching the sunset or activity in the busy area.
My only complaints are that the heated outdoor pool wasn't finished (although a full amenity charge was applied, which it is part of), microwaves weren’t available, live TV doesn't show programs on the guide (just channel abbreviation), cellphone coverage is weak in the room unless you are next to the window."

"The room is relatively large, with twin beds, each bed is 1.5 meters. The room decoration, lamps and bedding are more elegant. Go out to the right, turn left at the intersection for about 50 meters and you will arrive at Santa Monica Beach. The hotel is in a relatively central location with many restaurants. Hotel parking is more expensive, it costs 55 knives. But there is a public parking lot on the street behind, 15 dollars for 24 hours, 20 dollars on Saturday and Sunday. The second picture is the entrance of the parking lot."
"Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained and clean. The toiletries are Diptyque, and the toilet paper is tied with a small ribbon~
The service is very good. When I arrived at the airport, I found that I forgot my passport at the hotel. They helped me find it very efficiently and I didn't miss the flight. They also specifically said that I didn't need to tip, which is what they should do.
Disadvantages: The balcony is so small that I can't stretch my legs when sitting on the chair."
"Will not book again! ! ! Pure robbery!
The room rate of 3,300 per night is really not worth it! ! The lobby is bright and bright, and when you enter the floor, it feels like a school dormitory. The door to the room is also cheap and simple. All food and drinks in the room are paid for, which is extremely expensive. A bottle of water costs 8 US dollars, and a bag of potato chips costs 6 US dollars for two small ones. The Skittles are $8...it's really worth robbing!
I advise everyone to choose to go to many nearby places that are more cost-effective than this one!"
"The hotel is relatively old, but the location is good. The rooms are not big, old, and have a Mediterranean style. Many people bring their dogs. The corridors smell and dogs bark often. The service is good."
"Breakfast is average, simple cold juice, fruit, ham slices, bread, potato chips, etc. However, drinks, drinks and snacks are free from the afternoon to the evening of 8 years. It is very warm."
"The rooms are for an amateur, made to look old with old furniture and doors, there is no water in the room, but there are books and you have to pay for the library every day, and also wi-fi is paid and some additional fees for fitness, which is not needed, in general, when we checked out, we were unpleasantly surprised that they charged us $ 300 for 3 nights for all these additional services hidden at the beginning. The hotel is not worth these expenses, I do not recommend it"
"The only hotel in the pit for self-driving tour, although the location is really good, very close to the sea, about 10 minutes walk to the Third Street, the hotel itself is really very general, the feeling of the car hotel, the sound insulation at night is also very poor. But considering that after all, in the scenic spot, plus the scenery is OK, barely give a 3 star, the price is not high."

Perfect
张张The hotel is relatively new, with good facilities and a good location. It is very close to the beach and a playground. There are many high-end restaurants nearby within a 10-20 minute walk. We stayed for two nights and saw the waiter change the bedding the next day. I called the front desk to ask for water, and the waiter brought 6 small bottles.

Good
GGuest UserThe room is spacious and the sanitary conditions are good. Although the breakfast is average, what else can you expect at this price? However, the bed is relatively low and I often bump my head against it, so I have to be careful. Another thing is that luggage storage is free for early arrivals, but you have to pay to store it after you check out.

GGuest UserIt's a 10-minute walk to Santa Monica Beach. But there's a lot of homelessness on the road. I can't get around late at night.
The hotel staff is very good. The man wearing glasses is a little cynical when checking in.
The room I reserved was the smallest and the lighting was very dark. Keep that in mind.

MMay8168There is breakfast. After eating, go to the attractions. The hotel parking price is good, 55 dollars. Try not to go out at night. The service staff is very good.

CCelineHotel room was very clean. Not too noisy. Location was perfect, right in front of Santa Monica Pier/Beach. Plentiful of highly rated restaurants and eateries just outside the hotel along the same street so that was perfect when you got back from a long day out. There’s also shopping and Target a short 6-15 minute walk away, very convenient and perfectly located. Definitely get the room with sea view if you’d like to have the ocean view. The other wing faces inside of the hotel which is not much of a view. Other than that, would stay here again for the affordability for its location and cleanliness.

BBoriykhonThe location of the hotel is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the Santa Monica Pier and 2 minutes to the beach. There's also a Starbucks only 5 minutes away. The shared balcony offers a stunning view of the beach and the promenade, which was one of the highlights of our stay.
The building itself is two stories, and while the rooms were clean, they were quite small. The beds were also small, despite the description stating that the room could accommodate up to four people and that the bed was double-sized. Unfortunately, the bed was too small, and one of us had to sleep on the floor.
The price was very high, but I assume that’s because of the prime location. Despite these drawbacks, it’s worth staying here for the convenience and cleanliness. The receptionist was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early at 12:30 PM, even though check-in officially started at 3:00 PM, which we really appreciated.

SSantVelosaStaff super helpful from start, room nice and clean, location is great (walking distance from SM pier)… the wifi provided for free is enough for what you have to do on a regular day (option to upgrade to fast for a fee) valet parking available for $45 a day ( the area charges around $30 per day for public parking, so its a good deal as you can go in an out as many times as you can)

ZZongtaiThere is a little noise from the surrounding area, but it doesn't bother me. The staff were very friendly and I had a comfortable stay! There is a supermarket and a station nearby, so it is very convenient and you can get to Santa Monica Beach in no time by train.

Ddeanwinchester99Not bad, and fairly clean. Check-in is done in a small room on the right hand side of the main entrance. Usually no one is there. Knock on the small window.

GGuest UserThe woman at check-in was cold.
The room was average size, but there was trash and hair on the floor so it didn't feel very clean.
The bus stop was nearby and it was about a 30-minute walk to the beach, so it was pretty convenient.
