I was given 2 rooms that had no air conditioning that worked. We tried 2 rooms. When i went to tell therm again, i was ignored and told through her door to go away. I have COPD and could not breathe and my son thought he was going to fax have a heatstroke. We tried sleeping outside in our convertible but too hot also. I tried to call him from Saturday to this evening and they keep hanging up on me. I had panic attacks all weekend and my son almost had heart stroke. I tried going to officesaturday night ahd some Asian security literally told me to go away that they were doing nothing to help us. I was told i would get a refund istead thru charged be an additional 100 dollars for a room we could not sit in much less sleep in. This has caused me my days wages today since i could not slept all weekend and the same for my son, he had to go to the hospital todayand also lost a day's wages. He was severly dehydrated. Do not book a room at this hotel, trust me I'm still in shambles. Also spent 3 hours on phone with my credit card disputig all these charges from them when they should be paying me for their negligene and our pain and suffering for this horrible experience . As of tonight still gettig hung up on when i call
