No service! The front desk business ability is too poor! Without professionalism, it is worse than a three-star hotel. There was a constant sound of water leaking when I slept at night, and the sound insulation was poor. Very very bad experience. Highly not recommended.

We live 1 mile away and when we want a staycation and some beautiful peace away from the chaos of Los Angeles, we come here to the Oceana! They treat HILTON gold members with so much appreciation. Thank you thank you, ERIC and LAURENT and Michele and Joshua and special hello and thank you to Roberto in the restaurant and ALEX the excellent chef who customizes to meet your needs and preferences. Margot waits tables like she’s a five star restaurant server and we loved her spirit an NAPO loaded up the car like a champ! We cannot wait to be back!

What a beautiful hotel and location! Couldn’t recommend more. Lenny our bell captain was so welcoming, friendly, and professional. 10 out of 10! The staff was so attentive and the food was great. The pool was beautiful and the view from our room was incredible.

Akeem is absolutely top-tier: warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful at the front desk. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels taken care of. David’s great too! He is constantly juggling things and handles them with grace and patience

Absolutely incredible stay at Oceana Santa Monica. Every single accommodation was top-notch—from the beautiful design to the relaxing atmosphere, everything felt intentional and luxurious. The bed was easily one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on—like sinking into a cloud after a long day. A huge shoutout to Lenny, the Bell Captain. He genuinely went above and beyond every single time we interacted with him. Whether it was offering assistance, greeting us with a smile, or helping with anything we needed, Lenny made us feel like VIP guests. He is honestly one of the main reasons we’ll be returning. The location itself is unbeatable—steps from the beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent view and location, excellent service! Walking distance to Santa Monica. Food is nice too! Third floor platform is so comfortable! Living in oceanfront suite, will definitely recommend that. Will be back once I got chance!!!!!

The location is perfect but the people made the difference. Eric and Kezi at the front desk and Jonathan at the restaurant went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and in accommodating our requests. Definitely will come back to stay here again.
