No service! The front desk business ability is too poor! Without professionalism, it is worse than a three-star hotel. There was a constant sound of water leaking when I slept at night, and the sound insulation was poor. Very very bad experience. Highly not recommended.

We live 1 mile away and when we want a staycation and some beautiful peace away from the chaos of Los Angeles, we come here to the Oceana! They treat HILTON gold members with so much appreciation. Thank you thank you, ERIC and LAURENT and Michele and Joshua and special hello and thank you to Roberto in the restaurant and ALEX the excellent chef who customizes to meet your needs and preferences. Margot waits tables like she’s a five star restaurant server and we loved her spirit an NAPO loaded up the car like a champ! We cannot wait to be back!

What a beautiful hotel and location! Couldn’t recommend more. Lenny our bell captain was so welcoming, friendly, and professional. 10 out of 10! The staff was so attentive and the food was great. The pool was beautiful and the view from our room was incredible.

Excellent boutique hotel. Oversized rooms, incredible service. Everyone is there to make your stay unforgettable. From the gentleman at the reception desk to the folks that work in the restaurant to Lenny the Bell Captain it is a really nice place to stay.

Just letting people know that if you book the hotel using points and you don't show up they will cancel your reservation, refund your points, and charge your card on file $915 instead of using points used to book the reservation. The hotel does look good to stay at as why i booked it in the first place. Just wish this situation didn't happen. I also had a follow up conversation when asked to call back to "make it right" and talked to Joshua who explained i was charged $915 for the no show when the 1 night reservation was booked with points and that was the end of the conversation. A waste of time and so much for "Making it right"! Disappointed to say the least... Below is the response on the original review back on google "Hello Andrew, we understand your concerns regarding your reservation and the charges. We will share your review with the management. Please reach out to us at - "had to edit out the website for the review to go throgh" so we can follow up with you. We value you as a Hilton Honors member, and we look forward to making it right."

This is our fourth stay here in five years. It is consistently our favorite place to stay in LA. Aside from the immaculate facilities it provides a first class stay experience and is one of the few hotels left that seems to be staffed properly. Everyone is attentive and there to ensure you have relaxing time. The Bell staff is very helpful from check-in to check-out.

Front desk staff was amazing Cody the waiter at the restaurant top notch five stars and the food by chef Toby was impeccable. Highly recommend the Caesar salad, the spaghetti, Bolognese, and the fillet. Perfect service and even more perfect food. had an amazing dinner by the heart shaped pool under the stars.
