Close to the beach, good price, with a helpful staff. Did not have hot water in the shower.

The good: very nice pool. Good location for walking in Rodadero area. Free parking. Internet was stable. Bed was very firm. Housekeeping was on point. Resource for tours in the lobby was very helpful. The not so good: big problem with ants in the bathroom sink… all over the place. Could not get hot water in the shower. Older property that needs updating. Room overlooking the pool is nice but noisy. Conclusion: hotel more suitable for locals. But you can walk to beach or restaurants and mall in about 15 minutes.

We got there around 10:00am since our flight was just before that. They didn't let us check in but the did allow is to leave our bags there until it was time to check in. Breakfast: The closed early for some reason. I saw some of the things at the buffet that I wanted but they started putting it all away 40 minutes before they were supposed to. Not sure why. The breakfast we were given was OK though. Room: First off it was advertised as a "balcony" room. There really is no balcony. Its just a hallway that you can see the courtyard area. There is only 2 power outlets in this room. One is under the TV and the other is not accessible unless you move the main bed away from the wall. Bathroom: No hot water. NONE. Enjoy a cold shower :) The toilet paper dispenser is BEHIND the toilet. And it won't dispense toilet paper unless you pull it in a certain diagonal direction. So if you are sitting on the toilet you need to be a flexible Yoga master to get toilet paper. Or hope you don't have to go that bad and unroll it before you sit on the toilet. But even then its still tricky.

Much to improve. I stayed 5 nights. Comfortable room but very very small bathroom. A lot of clarity for those who find it difficult to sleep like this. Room cleaning needs to be improved. The bathroom was moldy at all times. Towels are not changed daily. The food has no variety. repetitive. The pool is 1.30m deep but there are no stairs. Very uncomfortable parking for many. Zero biosecurity. Guests without a mask do not ask for a vaccination card. The hotel has a lot to improve. The good, attention of the restaurant staff. Location close to the south pier. Recommended tour of the bays, aquarium and Inca Inca beach. Ask for snapper, sierra or red mojarra.

The food is lousy, pure carbohydrates, no vegetables, much less fruit, I got sick again because of the worst diet I've ever had in my life. The food has no variety and the noise from the music from the bar is extremely loud, in addition the room has no ventilation, if air but not a miserable window, there was a water leak in the toilet and the bathroom was flooding. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

El servicio es el mejor, el sitio está muy bien ubicado, está cerca al mar. La habitación limpia y muy cómoda. Las zonas comunes están cuidadas y limpias. La piscina es espectacular, tiene un jacuzzi en donde me pude relajar. Los desayunos son muy ricos. Lo recomiendo!

La mayoria de las habitaciones estan renovadas, la verdad quedaron muy bonitas, como siempre el esmero en la atencion por parte del personal es lo que resalta, esta vez nos recibio Milton y su carisma se contagia, solo me quedan palabras de agracecimiento y espero en mis proximas vacaciones visitarlos de nuevo.

Habitaciones pequeñas, poco comodidad, no muebles, propiedad en condiciones deterioradas, estaba limpio si, pero las áreas comunes requieren mantenimiento. Hay q decir q el personal es amable y tratan de compensar lo anteriormente mencionado

La verdad la propiedad le falta mejirar su infraestructura, me sali el dia del check in y me cambie de hotel, el personal y el gerente son excelentes personas pero la propiedad, sus instalaciones necesitan una buena remodelacion

Muy ruidoso, mucha bulla en las mañanas. La comida muy regular. De verdad que hace falta mejorar el menú. En los baños no ofrecen productos de aseo personal solo un pequeño jabón y el primer día, de resto no. La limpieza muy mala. La atención es genial, muy buen servicio y el personal es muy amable.

El hotel requiere urgente remodelarse aunque ya lo inicio. Deben mejorar la fumigacion y el servicio en recepcion. Los desayunos viajeros los deben mejorar. Su Gerente fue accesible y atendio los requerimientos. El personal debe capacitarse mas en atencion al huesped.

Horrible,sucio el servicio al cliente es malo,fue una experiencia terrible 😞 la recepcionista 💁‍♀️ no tiene educación….. HORRIBLE 😤
