We spent 7 days in this hotel. We dealt with 5 employees, including one that was a temporary employee, Orlando, Fredy, Sol, and Paola? were extraordinary and dedicated to the customers. Luis seemed to be there just because he had to. Its an old hotel but Seño Sol makes an effort to keep it clean and organized, she also spoiled us with the food. There is a zone that looks rough close to the hotel so we just avoided, but across the street, there is a small beach and a nkce area to eat something light. Also, boats to go on tours or diving and an area to walk and/or exercise.

The attention and service was excellent. It is located in a very central location in the historic area in front of the boardwalk. It is a very simple but comfortable hotel and the staff is very friendly. Something to improve is to clean up the back of the office where some boxes are located in front of several rooms and it does not look good. Thank you Luis for the conversations we had.

It is the second time we have stayed here. It is not a luxurious hotel with many amenities or additions but it is perfect to get to rest. The staff is very friendly and attentive which makes the difference for us. The rooms are clean and adequate size. Breakfast is good. In general, what we received from this hotel is much more than we expected for the price.

I want to be honest as in all my comments... That hotel is not worth more than two points for what it offers. It's old... Not to mention the room (I'll post a photo). There isn't even a hand towel in the bathroom... I asked and they told me there weren't any. Breakfast... It was not to our taste. Never again in that hotel... Especially because at the same price it is of another quality in the city.
