Regular. Ducha que en una semana, solo 2 días tuvo agua caliente. Ruidos molestos por refacciones. Desayuno regular, poca fruta, huevos revueltos, arepas, mermelada y manteca escasa, o sea no te puedes servir, no hay opciones. Sin embargo destaco la amabilidad del personal, lo separo totalmente del resto.

El hotel está bien ubicado a la zona del rodadero, valoramos el esfuerzo del personal que nos atendió, sin embargo, como sugerencia, deben rotar el menú de los desayunos (siempre huevos).

Me gustó la estancia, el desayuno estuvo muy completo y la ubicación cerca de la playa, pero resguardado del ruido. Es un hotel sencillo pero tiene todo lo que necesitas para descansar en familia o con amigos

Un buen lugar para hosped****. Cerca a la playa y en un lugar tranquilo, la comida es buena. Se podrían actualizar las instalaciones (ascensor, llave digital) Buen aseo y una buena atención de parte del personal del hotel. Fuera del hotel se puede encontrar diferentes puntos para realizar actividades alrededor de las playas y ciudad

En semana santa es pésimo el servicio, piscina cochina, pésimo el aseo en las habitaciones, no cambian sabanas, fuera de eso al guardar las maletas dentro del hotel y en custodia del Hotel las abrieron, se roban ropa, joyas y dinero, NUNCA VOLVERIA A ESE HOTEL y siempre dare una mala reseña de este hotel. FUERA de eso mucho ruido.

Pésimo servicio. A mi pareja le robaron un reloj costoso y la argolla de matrimonio, nadie responde, la comida es pésima, las habitaciones viejas, los controles de los TV no funcionan, no cambian sábanas. Un hotel que no recomiendo y espero no tener q volver a ese sitio. Son deshonesto y no les interesa en lo más mínimo el cliente. Ni si quiera te prestan un servicio tan mínimo como calentar un vaso de agua.
