The room was clean, had a writing desk and hanging space for clothes. TV and wifi. Shower water was cold but when requested was fixed with hot water. Breakfast was included. I am not a spanish speaker but use google translate and my broken spanish sentences. The girl didn't speak any English and that's OK but she treated me like I was a foreigner walk in that she wanted nothing to do with. I asked for the menu. She said there wasn't one. She told me thru translate eggs 3 ways that's it. I asked for fruits juice and toast available only because I saw others had this. That night I went to reception to ask if menu they said yes. As I was staying a few days and doing day tours I wanted to enjoy a breakfast before leaving. Next morning with her sour attitude she again approached and spoke in spanish. This time annoyed I said you know I don't speak spanish and I'm not doing this again. A guy Came and told me options change each day. I explained I didn't get the options I saw of others and only got what she offered and the fruit I saw. I ended up with same breakfast. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel. They need a menu. Then you know what's available. I can read spanish better than I speak. Relying on a sour unfriendly and unhelpful girl is not an option I choose. For this I don't recommend as foreign traveller.

Right in the center of the old city, just 2 blocks away from the cathedral and a few minutes walk from the Malecon (closed for reconstruction). Friendly staff. The breakfast box (early departures) is poor, very poor : a juice, an apple and a soggy sandwich. Rooms are rather small but very clean. Too bad the windows don't open.

Super cozy hotel, I was only there for a day and a half, the staff was very attentive, the receptionist was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the city, he gave us very good advice, the room was very good, nothing out of the ordinary and very clean, there were some drawbacks about the pool, highly recommended to return

The facilities are clean, the pillows are a little hard but nothing out of this world, breakfast is a buffet and they change it, the staff is respectful, the only bad thing is that there is only one person at the reception and he has to keep an eye on various things so it's up to one to wait.

The hotel is located a stone's throw from the Santa Marta seafront for this reason it is strategic, given that in order to have dinner it is not necessary to take a taxi. The rooms are very small and disappoint expectations a bit. Furthermore, the cleaning inside our room in 4 days was only carried out once, which in our opinion is not appropriate for a 4 star hotel. The problem of the always cold water in the shower, which was reported several times to the reception, needs to be improved. Repetitive and poor breakfast. Very courteous and attentive staff. Very good tourist agency related to the hotel that we recommend.
