Travelled from US and was so disappointed as description did not match the venue. Did not see room, and expressed concerns immediately as common areas without air conditioning, common areas were not clean, no restaurant but was offered to have lunch and dinner cooked by desk clerk, and no private beach but beach across the street. Restaurants in walking distance were unclean and would be afraid to eat there. After contacting manager, she was unwilling to address our concerns and did not respond to ******* after numerous attempts. Money lost for 3 night stay even though did not stay one night and cancelled hours before check in time

We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. It is a beautiful place with friendly staff. We arrived around 10pm due to a delayed flight and I was anxious about checking in at this time, but as soon as Andrea greeted us at the door I knew we would be taken care of - he is such a nice man and all the staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and pretty, it is close to the beach, the breakfast was great and the atmosphere very relaxed - my 5 y/o son made himself at home and the staff were all very good with him. I know everyone has a different experience, but I found the comments in the (only) negative review here very hard to believe, I would certainly recommend Palazzo Moresco to anyone, grazie!

A really lovely stay! Such a beautiful building and grounds and the view of the sea is beautiful. Bedroom and bathroom gorgeous, love the quirkiness of staying in an older building. Breakfast on the terrace was a treat. There is such a comfortable and calming ambiance about staying here. The team are all welcoming, helpful and lovely. Thank you for accommodating our daughter for a nights stay at short notice it was much appreciated. We hope to return.

Palazzo Moresco una villa in stile Liberty. Struttura magnifica, giardino ampio e interni molto curati. L’accoglienza di Andrea e il suo staff fanno da cornice ad apericene molto gustose e di prima qualità. Raramente mi è capitato di trovare un servizio così eccellente. Lo staff era molto attento e preparato e da menzionare anche gli ottimi cocktail’s. La struttura ha un’ottima area relax fruibile sia dagli ospiti interni che non. In conclusione se volete sentirvi coccolati e deliziati questo è il posto giusto per voi.

La camera è pulitissima e confortevole, il materasso super.Hanno molta attenzione verso il cliente che mettono subito a proprio agio.Personale gentilissimo, proprietaria cordiale e disponibile.Posizione strategica a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, a pochi passi dagli stabilimenti balneari e a non più di 10 minuti dalla piazzetta dove ci sono tutti i ristoranti.

Soggiorno pessimo nessun tipo di accoglienza all'arrivo, parcheggio non disponibile e proprietaria arrogante e scorbutica. Camera stretta e angusta. Eravamo 6 abbiamo avuto solo 4 posti letto. Invito chi legge questa recensione a non soggiornare assolutamente in questo posto orribile
