Villa MG Hotel

Very bad experience. 40 minutes to check in. A couple before us were complaining. Barracks or former hospital/rsa structure. Bare, without curtains, paintings, plants. They assign us a room on the first floor overlooking the parking lot and window without curtains. Missing pillowcases, TV, remote control for air conditioner. We ask for a room change, this time there are no pillowcases and toilet paper. I go down for the second time. After an hour nothing comes, I go down for the third time. After threatening to report to booking everything finally arrived. Dusty room. There are no clothes racks. Dirty room glass. Breakfast with sandwich bread without a toaster. Milk powder. Run away ..... I will report to booking

Wahouuuuu what a beautiful hotel. A real pearl. I recommend it to all families wishing to have a pleasant and peaceful time with a breathtaking view. A private beach area with umbrella (paid extra). Top top top..

Location: very nice, but I suggest you pay more attention to the cleanliness of the exterior: dirty steps everywhere. Beach: private and for a fee, and in my opinion a little too expensive considering that the structure offers nothing else… Rooms: very basic and 'old fashion', to be modernized, but in any case it is essential to pay more attention to some details, such as the blackout curtain broken, wardrobe doors a bit rickety, beds that are actually simply bases with a mattress on top and no extra pillows (those provided were very low!). Above all, it is very important to take care of the cleanliness of the pillows: the spare one in the wardrobe was old, dirty and without a pillowcase!!!! Containers of shampoo and shower gel available in the shower were empty!! We had hot water while other guests complained about the lack. The available fan was silent but the air conditioning in the rooms is a must… you couldn't breathe, too hot! Restaurant. Dinner: little choice and expensive menu considering the quality of the proposals… few staff and not very attentive: for three first courses we had to wait more than an hour; I also noticed that an elderly lady had to wait almost an hour to order and receive a bottle of water!!! Breakfast: I've read good reviews, we asked for take-away breakfast... very basic cologne style... unfortunately they didn't think about providing extra water and napkins, important and useful especially when there are children. Parking is paid… I don't find it correct, considering the overall offer and that there are very few places outside the structure that overlook the street… In general, this location is only good for a one night stay without having any pretensions… I think this location , once restored, can become wonderful; I suggest the property pay more attention to details while remaining essential and 'spartan' now to offer a better quality/price ratio and a better stay for those who stay there for several days.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful sea, total relaxation! I thank all the staff for their welcome and kindness. Definitely recommend it to everyone and will gladly go back. Breakfast plentiful and excellent.

I was in this structure for a few days and despite the frugality of the place I can say that there is an excellent value for money. Important is the cleanliness that is impeccable everywhere, but the added value was given by the kitchen and the chef who pampered the group with special dishes and certainly of a high standard. The view and the flower garden are wonderful. I would return in another season for a dip in the splendid sea of Santa Marinella

Posto bellissimo, ristorante ottimo, ottimo vino, pane fatto in casa, piatti di pesce speciali di ottima qualità, ricca ed ottima colazione a buffet,servizio impeccabile ed alla mano, sia dell' hotel che del ristorante, prezzi buoni. Vicinissimo al castello di Santa Severa. Assolutamente consigliato.
