Right in the center with central parking.
Very nice (unheated outdoor pool) and great breakfast.
Friendly staff and beautiful location. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

A quaint and charming place to stay. Great parking. Easy to walk to the historic district and easy access to train/bus station. Property needs some overall general upkeep. The shower leaked flooding the bathroom floor as the caulking was missing. The sealing ***** was moldy and needs replacing. Everything else was very clean. Breakfast was ok. Pastries and breads delicious but vegetables old and dry. Awesome to have a carafe of coffee and hot milk to enjoy a nice cuppa or 2 in the morning.

this hotel does not match the interior content from the photo. It is very old inside, with a moldy smell. I arrived on Saturday: a woman met me, and then left the hotel and on Sunday there was no one at the reception either.

This property is in lovely setting. Very close To many of the areas attractions, yet private and a little off the beaten path. The only negative was the stairs to our room and the hill to property.

Superb Castle Inn.
Superb and very quaint "castle" hotel/inn. A little tough to find but that's part of the attraction. I stayed in a lovely cottage room No. 9. Beautiful gardens and grounds. Very close to the Municipal Hall. And an excellent restaurant called COMO. Recommended.

We needed a place for our car because parking can be hard around here. It was great. Easy to walk to old town Sintra from here. Our room was so spacious. Also, several nice restaurants were nearby. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was so quiet and lovely.

Great location close to the old town. The property is unique that it was an aristocrat retreat converted to hotel. The hotel is gated and only accessible with code. The problem we ran into was the hotel wasn’t well integrated with Expedia’s message system. The checkin instruction with entry code never got to us from ******* message feature or email. We had to call the hotel at the gate to gain entry as the door well doesn’t work.
