We booked this hotel solely because it had a pool so arriving to the hotel to be told the pool isn’t in use was massively disappointing. It was green. They said it was due to the storms and they wouldn’t be cleaning it until they were due no more storms but considering we were about 1 couple of maybes 3 others staying at the hotel until June 1st it felt a bit convenient that the pool started to be cleaned and the pool bar opened on June 1st when all of the other guests started arriving for “holiday season” (the day before we left). I understand pools aren’t used during the colder months but I’d have preferred to have had previous knowledge of this because I’d have chosen somewhere with a usable pool. They also provided us with the remote for the AC in the room and then took it back the next day which wasn’t great. The positives about this hotel is that the rooms were modern and clean, we had a balcony (nice view of the green pool) and it was in a great location. The road leading to it is a bit sketchy but felt safe walking it every day and evening. It’s a 5-10 minute walk from a lovely beach with gorgeous sand, where you can rent a couple of beds and a parasol for the day and a great beach bar which is cheap and serves good food. The hotel is a short journey from the centre of the town. Food wasn’t great at breakfast but not sure if that’s cause there weren’t many guests until June 1st.. but all staff were kind and helpful. Maids cleaned our room every day (even when we put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door???) Overall it was a nice stay due to the location and how nice our room was, but was massively let down by the pool situation. I’m pleased we didn’t bring our children for that reason.

Personale gentile, cortese, disponibile ma inesperto per gestire gli imprevisti. Cibo ottimo ma a pranzo e cena porzioni non soddisfacenti (ho avuto come antipasto un crocché e un'altra sola una sola pallina fritta). La camera all'arrivo era sporca insieme al terrazzo ho dovuto richiedere la pulizia, bagno con doccia datata e mal funzionante, per una sera sono rimasto sotto la doccia con un filo di acqua. Ai pasti l'ultima sera solo a due tavoli non hanno servito la macedonia di frutta, si sono presentati con due fette di melone bianco, ho chiesto se avevano altro e hanno risposto di no. Mo sono alzato dal tavolo e me ne sono andato senza frutta. Buona la piscina in un verde curato per rilassarsi, il mare è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Molto grave la pulizia mancante all'arrivo e un sollecito una mattina alle nove ad uscire dalla stanza, considerato che tutti i giorni dalle 10 alle 14'30 ero a mare e ci stava tutto il tempo per pulire. Un pomeriggio la camera era ancora in disordine. Un quattro stelle dovrebbe garantire pulizia e ricambi la mattina e riassetto pomeridiano.... Inoltre dovrebbe avere una palestra e ristorante a buffet come scritto da loro (solo la colazione era a buffet). Nonostante mi sia adattato in tutti i modi il servizio ricevuto risulta inadeguato e non soddisfacente alla categoria di stelle che mi chiedo chi e come gli abbia assegnato. Un vero peccato perché il potenziale é enorme e sfruttato bene potrebbe rendere tantissimo ma non si può accettare un trattamento del genere!!!

Hotel confortevole , unica pecca per me è la colazione da -1 stella tutto confezionato sembrava di stare alla Mulino Bianco non c’era nulla di fatto al momento ,per il salato c’erano i würstel al posto del becon , per un 4 stelle nemmeno l’ombra

Struttura situata in posizione abbastanza comoda per visitare sia Santa Maria di Castellabate che la bella cittadina di Castellabate stessa. Stanze discrete così come la dotazione dei set per il bagno. Buona e abbondante la colazione che comprendeva sia dolce che salato. Piscina gradevole anche se purtroppo non ho avuto il tempo di provarla. Quelle che lascia a desiderare è la struttura nel suo complesso, non ben tenuta a partire dalla Hall e dalle parti esterne. In certi tratti appare in semi-abbandono. In sostanza, per una o due notti può andare bene, ma una settimana in questo hotel significherebbe una vacanza un po' triste...

Viaggio in famiglia con due figli di 13 e 10 anni, abbiamo avuto bilocale, metratura spaziosa e accesso a patio-giardinetto. Camera rinnovata nell’arredamento ma con evidenti plurime macchie di muffa ed umidità sul soffitto; le 4 sedie del tavolo erano spaiate e con copertura di pellicola di plastica tutta rotta. In bagno la doccia aveva asta rotta,per cui per lavarsi bisognava tenere in mano il soffione, la porta di accesso alla doccia era più stretta del vano per cui avanzavano circa 5 cm e non aveva frangiacqua per cui usciva acqua fuori sul pavimento. Fatto presente alla reception ed il giorno successivo hanno sistemato (ma non si poteva provvedere prima di assegnarci appartamento??). Maniglia del bagno rotta e asse del wc crepato. Camera non ben pulita, per appartamento previsto cambio giornaliero delle salviette ma non pulizia, non hanno rifornito neanche carta igienica e set di cortesia, non ritirata immondizia del cestino del bagno e spesso lasciavano anche le salviette da sostituire (che abbiamo dovuto consegnare noi in reception per non accumularle). Colazione con cibi surgelati e confezionati, ampia scelta nei dolci, meno nel salato. Cena servita al tavolo, con scelta da tra due portate da effettuare la sera prima, buona. Scopriamo all’arrivo che il servizio navetta per la spiaggia previsto nella prenotazione è sospeso ad Agosto e Settembre. Personale della reception e di sala gentile e si prodiga. Piscina grande e bella, con molti lettini a disposizione, giardino grande e curato. Struttura con buone potenzialità, ma necessita di lavoro per meritare le 4 stelle.

Sono stato in questo hotel con un gruppo dell’oratorio di don Gabriele, eravamo in 70, quindi un numero che potrebbe sembrare inadeguato per un hotel a 4 stelle. Al contrario invece, abbiamo trovato con sorpresa una grande accoglienza. Dopo un primo giorno di “assestamento”, siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti in tutto, trovando un personale gentile e umile, nonostante la struttura elegante. L’unica cosa che migliorerei è la possibilità di pagare col pos al bar. Credo che l’anno prossimo torneremo, e vista la gentilezza dello staff, magari potremmo avere anche uno sconticino😉😜 Consigliatissimo!

Hotel zona lago Castellabate comodo per la posizione, staff alla reception molto disponibile e accogliente. Staff pulizie e ristoro cordiale, ma inesperti e inefficienti. Piscina ampia e adatta per i bambini, seppur la vegetazione intorno la rende spesso sporca. Struttura antica che è stata modernizzata, per questo da rivedere in ogni punto: dalle mura sbeccate, balconi pieni di insetti e malandati, prese cadenti. Il ristorante ha pochissima varietà di piatti e la colazione è ricca di alimenti confezionati.
