Wonderful accommodation. Very attentive and helpful staff. Cleanliness, nice equipment. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. It is very close to Assisi. We could leave the car in the hotel parking lot while we visited the city. Recommend this hotel.

Hotel absolutely not recommended for groups, I have been organizing trips for 40 years, never come across a hotel like this, incompetent staff, dilapidated rooms, limited canteen food, paid extra for fruit and dessert, excessively high prices, the group on their return wanted to report me..... and they paid a lot, avoid even if it could be the last hotel available as happened to me AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

I came here on August 2nd for lunch and I can say that you eat really well and you spend the right amount. The portions are generous and I recommend the seafood salad and the whole fish menu. The staff is also very kind. If I ever come back to Assisi I will gladly return.

For work I booked this property I list the strong points Friendliness and care of the guest by the owner Rachele; outdoor spaces swimming pool, restaurant, aperitif corner all overlook a beautiful panorama, breakfast just right for both sweet and savory so as to avoid waste, dinner very good and well-prepared even in the presentation. Things to improve: my room was near the elevator operator and therefore being a light sleeper I often heard the engine running, soundproofing of the rooms to be improved, a customer would be very pleased to find soap dispensers for the shower and for the bathroom, and a wall-mounted hairdryer even if for the latter Rachele said she is taking care of it, for my room the shower for me was a bit small and the spring mattress was not to my liking. However, being a three-star hotel it can be very good as an accommodation for one night but I would highly recommend it for spending a day at the pool and for wonderful aperitifs and dinner.

It was a good choice, we stayed for 5 days moving from one room to another because we decided to extend our stay also trying the restaurant with good pizza and good dishes at reasonable prices, The rooms are simple but essential with air conditioning and TV, nothing to say at the breakfast buffet nothing is missing. The parking lot is large, it is free and the garden, in front of the structure there is a bus stop that takes you to Assisi, very convenient. The swimming pool is quite large with a beautiful view of Assisi, there are sunbeds and deckchairs and a small kiosk where you can get drinks and snacks. We were satisfied and we thank all the staff of the Hotel Bellavista for their kindness and advice for a stay of leisure and relaxation.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend to relax. The location is very nice and welcoming, the rooms are not huge, but they are equipped with all comforts. We really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, absolutely everyone. The girl at the reception, I think her name is Chiara (I'm not sure) is very nice, sweet and helpful. The Tuscan girl in charge of cleaning is also very nice, the guys at the pool bar are very nice, easy-going and efficient! But the thing we appreciated most was the food in the restaurant. Excellent! I think the Bellavista restaurant is one of the few places where we ate better ever, the prices are very honest. Really excellent value for money. Even the price we paid for the stay in the room was excellent, very cheap. What can I say, we were satisfied and we will definitely come back because we felt at home! We recommend it to everyone. Thanks to all the staff.
