We attended a conference at the Domus Pacis, an ideal location for a larger group. It's about 2km from Assisi, a short bus ride or long walk if you're inclined. Staff is very helpful, and rooms are comfortable. There are shops and restaurants nearby for anything you might need.

Great value for money. The hotel is a 10-15 minute from the train station, next to Santa Maria degli Angeli cathedral and it is linked to Assisi by public buses (15' minutes trip). It has a wide park area all around for walking and there is a large super market nearby as well as small local shops. Rooms are comfortable with high ceiling and properly tempered. Minor renovation needed in some parts or with furniture but relatively clean in most areas. There is a room to store your luggage (unattended) and a coffee & souvenir shop in the main entrance. Breakfast is basic, cold cuts and white bread/rusks, yogurt and little or no vegan options. Lovely picturesque view of Assisi village and Santa Maria cathedral from room.

High quality service at Front Desk, especially Rita. Restaurant service, especially Angela, far exceeded our expectations. Food quality was very good. The proximity to Santa Maria degli Angeli was really helpful.

5/5 Good service staff. Staff responded well even prior to check -in when we asked for Taxi pickup at FCO Airport. They provided contact & we dealt with the taxi driver directly- reasonable rate! Hotel is clean & basic. Generous spread for breakfast. Room is very clean ; though basic. Space is good even for 3 in a room . Strongly recommend this place characterized by the Franciscans. Especially ideal if you wish to attend daily Mass - next to Basilica St Mary’s of the Angels. Eateries around. Must try PizzaMia; walkable from hotel. Very reasonably priced & tasty pizza!

Doormatory feel no Character whatsoever ever. The breakfast is lacking and service is almost non existent. No hand towels or faceclothes. Assisi is very close by bus ride and very beautiful town on major hills. I would not stay here again thanks

Domus Pacis is a very good place to stay. Facility is excellent, staff is extremely polite and helpful, food is very good and it is located next to Santa Maria degli Angeli Basilica and the Porziuncula. Easy bus ride up to Assisi. Only negative is there TV has no channels in English. WiFi is 👍

Il livello è peggiorato. Il menù del pranzo di Natale ridicolo. Un solo primo: tortellini in brodo di lingua di bovino. Un solo secondo: carne e lingua di bovino del brodo. Contorni: fegatini vari soffritti. Il massimo è stato non ritrovare a cena la nostra bottiglia di vino del pranzo che avevamo lasciato a metà. Dopo aver richiesto spiegazioni ai camerieri abbiamo appreso che le bottiglie di vino aperte a pranzo e non consumate del tutto, venivamo ritirate. E pensare che il pranzo di Natale costa di più rispetto al pranzo normale e comprende anche le bevande. Assurdo. Mai avuto un simile trattamento in questo albergo che frequentiamo da anni alla vigilia di Natale. Da menzionare anche la pasta allo scoglio della vigilia di Natale, con una sola vongola ed una sola cozza, senza altro. Ci vuole molta fantasia per farla passare per pasta allo scoglio quello che è stato servito. Il massimo della scortesia è stato poi raggiunto quando alle dieci del giorno di partenza è stata disattivata la chiave della stanza. Senza alcun preavviso. Siamo usciti alle 10.10 con 10 minuti di ritardo rispetto al check out. Spero che questa struttura ritorni al livello degli anni passati, quando tutto era ottimale, cibo , accoglienza e cortesia.
