My wife and I went there for a "noche romantica". We had a fantastic stay. We arrived at 1.230-ish. Checkin was fast and easy; they actually gave us our room in advance. They gave us also lunch on that day and lunch on the day of departure. The room was very spacious and clean -- although not pristine. The view from the room was gorgeous. The indoor pools were super good although the larger pool is kind of cold. Jacuzzy was enough for 12 people or so and sometimes a bit crowded but not enough to mess the experience. the Noche romantica came with a very nice bottle of wine, two welcome cocktails, and one somewhat small champaigne bottle more than enough for two. Food and shows were excellent too -- all included too. One tip: ask for tap water. It is so good! We also had massages side by side. Very pleasant. The view and trails for promedanes are also very nice. Overall, it was an awesome experience that we expect to repeat.

The whole place is really nice. We loved the pools, food, outdoors, and lovely connected rooms. Everyone in our family, including the three kids, agrees that this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Chile. A bit expensive, but highly recommended.

We went to celebrate my wife's birthday, the place is very quiet with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. I highlight Camila who served us in the restaurant during our stay.

It is the second time that I spend a few days at Jahuel and everytime I get more surprised about the excellent and variable cuisine on one side and the variety of activites that you can do on the other side.

Very nice place, Amazing setting. Perfect place to realize climate change is real and not fake as I thought Personnel es particulary well trained. Food is above average . Louge opposite to bar lacks some soft music

Since we arrived, as always, the excellent attention, the service of the people, the quality of the food, walks, swimming pools, etc. The ideal morning for trekking or running, they have a kids club, which makes it more entertaining for children, with outdoor walks.

My wife and I decided to take a short stay and visit these hot springs again, especially because of how welcoming the attention and beauty of the place are. That remains unchanged. We had a good time enjoying their pools and Spa service. Totally recommended, beautiful landscapes, very quiet. We will surely return.
