I took the room in the dependance structure: practically the ground floor of an adjacent building. Ridiculous and obscene for a 5* from 280 euros per night. They don't have parking, but they park cars along the internal road. Never again

I parked on a public road, yet the hotel charged me 30 euros for parking. Booking had already collected the taxes, but the hotel demanded an extra 10 euros as a city tax. Upon entering the room, the shower was broken, covered in limescale, and there was a strong smell of damp and mold. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Very nice hotel with lovely location near train station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed 4 nights. However, extremely disappointed , as pool and spa lovers, to be asked to pay €50 per person extra for each visit to their facility. Never had to pay extra for such a service in any hotel we’ve stayed in before.

Average experience overall. Great location to the trains and restaurants/shops. Most staff were nice. Breakfast was easy and good. Our only issue is we had ants in our room (coming home every night to many ants in the sink, in our toiletry bags, even some next to bed in mornings) so I’d spend time killing bugs before bed each night. I did see other reviews mentioning ants but figured it was a one-off …. But might not be uncommon for here- staff wasn’t surprised by it.

My family And I had a wonderful stay for one week at this beautiful boutique hotel. The staff at all Times were excellent and so accommodating and friendly - front desk, housekeeping and f & b. Feliciano the concierge was exceptional and helped arrange a room and extended stay in a busy period when we had a change of plan. Highly reccomend the spa rooms with terrace and the sensational evening aperitivo in the courtyard . Beach towels for the beach clubs and valet parking also excellent features !

We loved our stay at this hotel. It is very convenient in location bot to the train station and all parts of the town. I want to especially recognize the service of the concierge Feliciano. His energy and recommendations for my photography hobby with locations and ideas was outstanding. We are looking forward o another visit in the future and more conversations with Feliciano.

I booked a superior double room through *********** with breakfast. Then when i arrive they tell me my booking is not in the main building, and show me a worn down looking building behind. Then they show me a basement room, that looks nothing like the room in the pictures that i booked. Then they also tell me theres no breakfast included. I told them thats not what i booked and that i would like to cancel, the reception refuse to cancel and wanted me to pay an extra 140 euro per night on top of what i had already paid, in order to get breakfast and get out of the basement. They do not care about you, and will happily relegate you to a poor basement room without food. Stay far away from this place. See the picture of the building and basement you could get in this hotel.
