We stayed here and were always treated very well by the staff and highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is stunning and the staff was very kind. Sergio made our stay even better by taking good care of us in the bar. The breakfast is incredible and the views are amazing.

Everything in this hotel is really what you look for in a belle epoch hotel: relaxing, quiet, everything well considered, old world luxury, attention to detail. Service is friendly and so accommodating. Food excellent. Property and views stunning. Private beach is perfect. The bed and linens were incredible. From the breakfast to dinner at novecento restaurant with the live pianist playing under the stars. I can only say it was perfect. We will be back again and again.

Our room was filled with smoke for being smoke free and they just filled it with Perfume to cover the smell . We went to dinner and said the champagne was complimentary but was $25 per glass . Lastly our entree never arrived and even after making attention to the head waiter he still made the incorrect meal ! 2 1/2 hours later we never received our entree after ordering. Not a 5 star service at all. Better money spent at a Best Western !

"Wow, what an incredible experience we had at the beach club! Sergio, our waiter, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, Sergio always remember my name !! Primmy, the assistant waitress at the main restaurant, was also fantastic. And Gianluca, the Food and Beverage Manager, deserves a perfect 10/10 for his exceptional service. They were always attentive to any request we had. Highly recommend!"

This hotel may be well situated but is old and stately in its decor which is somewhat cold. The room we had which was 900 euros plus for one night, was average to say the least, sea view very nice, but so overpriced for a simple hotel room. The noise level from the road was unacceptable. The breakfast was excellent.

We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel! Words cannot describe how beautiful the location is. Everything was great, including breakfast, thank you. It was perfect for our anniversary celebration. We were with the Tauck group, they certainly know how to pick beautiful hotels.

We went for a short vacation in the Italian Riviera in Santa Margarita Ligure and we choose The Imperiale Palace Hotel there. The building is old and very nice but the room was not equipped as luxury 5*room should have. No coffee machine. The pool and the beach is far and needed steep stears. Breakfast was very good. We asked to change our Mountain View that we ordered by mistake to sea view but they didn’t find a way to accomplish our wish. Quite a disappointment for what we expect from such a hotel in this gorgeous area.

I don’t even know where to start. From the smiling, welcoming front desk staff to the gorgeous, sea view room, our experience at the Imperiale Palace was nothing short of perfection. The building itself is stunning. Marble and mosaics everywhere, furnishings fit for royalty, we felt like we were in a true luxurious palace. Our room was simple yet elegant with fine Italian linens and Bvlgari amenities. The breakfast offered in the dining room or on the terrace overlooking all of Santa Margherita harbor was extensive, including an omelet maker and the best coffee in Italy. We ate one night in the gorgeous dining room. The food, the service, and the waiter who gave us the history of the Palace all made it a special evening for us. As impressive as the Imperiale Palace was, the staff was the best part of our stay. Professional, well trained, while also warm, friendly, and helpful—every person we encountered was the best of the best. Hats off to management for a job well done. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
