Great hotel with fantastic views all the way to Portofino. Very friendly staff Restaurant is excellent. We have stayed there 6 times and will go back next year Junior suite is worth the cxtra cost Only negative is that they charge for chairs at the beach

Wonderful hotel with a great location. Fantastic view of the harbor. We found the service to be exceptional specially Antonio. He was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel for a family or a business travel. October is still a good time to visit.

Wonderful hotel. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms (deluxe suite seaview) and the room was gorgeous along with the view. Hotel staff were very helpful. Short walk into town and the train station. I would definitely stay here again. Literally no complaints except for dinner service/menu (would recommend go elsewhere for dinner).

Our third time at this wonderful hotel and first with our children. We had one of the new rooms on the western side of the hotel and were very happy with the amenities and view from the balcony. Staff (particularly in the restaurants) are very nice. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Really unique property, on an interesting hillside sloping down to the sea! So many places to sit and view the harbor! I feel like I had one of the most unique rooms on the 3rd floor, on the east side of the building, which for many would not be suitable since it's not directly facing the ocean but on the side. However, it had a very long, private spacious balcony with two lounge chairs, and a small table for two with chairs facing the sea! Like a small rooftop terrace. A private space to read and relax, and watch the boats sail by! Lovely gardens, and meals were good. Thank you! (What a fun swimming area! Why do you charge a fee for simple lounge chairs by the sea?? Never seen this done anywhere) Category: Large Single room with Sea view, Queen bed, and Terrace

The location of the Hotel could not have been better. From our ocean view room on the first floor we had a full view of Santa Margerita, the port and the sea. Simply gorgeous!! The staff was amazing and very helpful in all matters. The rooms were well maintained and the balcony/porch was absolutely wonderful. I usually don’t eat breakfast however: I did every morning at the hotel because of the delicious breakfast and the amazing view from the restaurant terrace. Access to the sea for swimming and their private beach put it over the top. When I do return to the area again The Continental will be my first choice for lodging. Thank you all for making a memorable stay for us in Santa Margerita.

I was told that I get the last room. it was 14 m². I asked if I could be informed if there is another room available. I got a little bit annoyed answer that the hotel is full as I was told before I saw on booking a bigger room for Hand less. I think it would have been patient if I would have been asked if I want this room.

Our group of four couples was delighted with the hospitality, professionalism, and beautiful location of the Hotel Continental.
