Staff were fabulous and the room was clean and lovely, however, there was a mining site just outside the property which meant that you could hear drills from 6am to 6pm and large trucks drove past every 10 minutes. The noise prevented any relaxation and was awful. Also, the extras were outrageously expensive and on par with a 5 star hotel - which it certainly was not. Stay away

Excelente experiencia para adultos: parejas, amigos, familia. It was an amazing couple getaway — be connected with your couple and most when being parent and needing time where kids stay, and we reconnect!

Una experiencia maravillosa, las instalaciones son espectaculares y la atención del personal excelente. Nos quedamos en una habitación tipo Río y fue tal cuál como se ve en las fotos. Adicionalmente la comida deliciosa. Una gran escapada de fin de semana con mi esposa.

Me gustaría que tuviera la comida incluida así el costo de incremente me parece que es mejor para ya tener todo incluido en el plan y hacer un poco más agradable la estadía en el hotel, de resto todo fue muy agradable

Excelente servicio por parte del personal, zonas húmedas impecables, habitaciones cómodas y reconfortantes, productos de aseo personal con aroma delicioso y muy rica comida, lindos spot para fotos con amigos o en pareja.

En mi opinión, recomiendo que deberían o poner más opciones para desayuno y un menú más variado, también recomendaría manejar opciones de snacks como frutas, helados o mekatos para espacios entre comidas. Por lo demás un muy buen servicio y acogedor lugar
