Entre las 23:00 y las 7:00 no hay nadie en recepción. El teléfono de incidencias no lo atiende nadie.
Ha sonado la alarma de incendios a las 5:00, se ha desalojado el hotel y hasta las 6:00 que la han apagado los bomberos no se ha desactivado.
Los responsables del hotel no atendían el teléfono y no han aparecido por allí. Ni una disculpa ni explicación han dado.

Check-in was OK but very functional! My room was located at the front of the hotel and there was a lot of traffic noise. Room was a good size but cold. No one was at reception when I checked out and so I just left my key card on the desk and left. Not a good experience but the hotel is very close to Granada airport.

We are staying at Bs capitulations otel for two nights. 1 more night left. There is no hot water. Receptionist wont help us, they do nothing. Expecially one blonde woman at the reception directly lie to us. Worst hotel i wisited. We learn that they do not provide hot water and always say a technician comes and fix it. It is a lie. A blonde receptionist woman, she is very intresting. She does nothing. Directly lied to me. Do not stay at this hotel.

Only 5 km from airport and so this strategic location which guarantees them trade. They also have budget tourists staying here who go to Granada each day on coaches ! Mainly Chinese tourists. It was not the place for me ! Staff were friendly but the other guests were not easy to get along with and were pushy and sort of took over in large groups ! Buffet experience not good.

Excellent service from the staff: I had a problem arriving at the hotel before they closed the reception (it is a hotel that does not have 24-hour service) and they could not have been more understanding, diligent and decisive. They made us feel better than at home. Thanks to all the staff and especially to Javier, at reception. The rooms are clean and spacious. The comfortable beds.

The location is good. It is a 4 star hotel but it only deserves 2 stars. It is difficult to find a good hotel in Granada at a reasonable price. We stayed for 1 night because we went with a tour. It needs improvements. Breakfast is ok. Wifi is not bad. Do not stay unless necessary. Hotel operators in Granada need to unite and work to renew their hotels and improve their conditions.

I have no words, we slept with our clothes on and the next day we disinfected everything we had and took a hot shower. We couldn't stay on the sheets because it was itchy. Behind the entrance door of the room there was dirt there for months and in the bathroom hair from those who had stayed before us and quite a few... It is not the first 4 star hotel in Spain that we find bed bases with mattresses, but without the structure of the bed…how did we end up!! Too bad because the reception and bar staff were very kind.
