We stayed here with two kids for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The kids loved the rooftop pool, and there were allways available sunbeds. The staff was friendly and quick to fix any problems. A la carte-breakfast at the cafe on the ground floor was very good.

Absolutley love this hotel, stayed here multiple times and always had a lovely stay, staff are excellent and helpful and the rooms whilst basic offer everything you need for a self catering stay, good supermarket opposite and 5 mins walk from the Beach and Marina, highly recommend.

We’ve just returned from a four night stay and only have praise for the Duquesa Playa. We have stayed there before quite a few years ago and it was a pleasure to be there again. We were upgraded to a two bedroom two bathroom apartment, as renovation work is taking place on the one bedroom units. This was a nice surprise and we had a great view of the marina and sea from the fourth floor. I had emailed in advance asking for a high floor, and had a very prompt reply. Everywhere is spotless with towels and sheets changed regularly. The staff are absolutely amazing, and always ready for a chat as well as being very helpful. The location of the apartments is great, being handy for everywhere in the town, with a supermarket opposite. There is very little accommodation in Santa Eulalia open all year round, and the Duquesa Playa is definitely the best available. We will be returning.

Walid, Rene and the team are brilliant. They are friendly, efficient and so helpful. The apartments although not the most modern are spotlessly clean and well run. The reception area is always managed and the pool area extremely quiet, you never have to get up early to get a sun bed! We have had multiple visits to the apartments and they never disappoint.

We stayed at Duqesa for 3 weeks and didn’t want to leave. Rooms are spotless and cleaned thoroughly daily. They are very well equipped with a lovely cool bedroom and a very powerful shower in bathroom. There is a lovely rooftop pool with plenty of beds and never overly busy. The location is perfect for us as a short walk to marina, bars and restaurants and the beach. The road noise is loud but you are bang in the centre. What really makes this hotel is the amazing staff. Have travelled all over and never had as lovely friendly obliging staff. Catered to our every need with a friendly smile and chat every day. Yolanda, Rene, Walid and Tony, it was a pleasure to meet you all.

Excellent customer service, great location and good apartment. Any questions or query were dealt with in a friendly manner. We felt very welcome, we had issues with flights and they kindly let us stay an extra night at a discounted rate. We was allowed an hour later check out time. The apartment was in the heart of the town and not far from anything. They had a cafe that opens from 8.30-4pm where you can buy breakfast. I did not use the pool but my friends did and they enjoyed it and if you ask at reception they provide pool towels. We had a 2 bed apartment but it was opposite the lift so it got noisy at times and had to wear earplugs. There is no bathroom fan so condensation would form in the ceiling and drip water and made the bathroom floor wet in the accessible shower, this would be the only hazard that needs improving. There was a balcony where you can just about see the marine front but it was nice to have one. The rooms was made every day and bins emptied. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to come back here again.
