Good location in Santa Eulalia, for me the best area of ​​Ibiza if you are looking to go with your partner or family. The breakfast was excellent! Although if I had to give a suggestion, it would be that they put fresh orange juice. The check in was great, they had availability and they gave us the room before the hour. For check out, they had rooms available and made us pay €10 an hour from 12 until we left. We have a baby and we needed the room until after lunch to take him changed to the airport. I understand that if there is no availability, they don't do it... or that if you want to leave at 6 pm, they charge you something, but for a short time it seems ridiculous to me. I have an accommodation, and as long as there is availability it is not difficult for me to let my guests leave later.

Nespresso cafeteria with 4 capsules per night, a large bottle of water and a variety of infusions. The hotel is located in the more relax and quiet area. Good for families to enjoy. Their breakfast is very good quality and lots of options. Service team are attentive and friendly. We got a basic room which didn’t really a good view but it doesn’t matter too much if you spend more time by the pool or the beach.

We had a great stay, the service was excellent, and the people working there were so friendly. The hotel is magnificent, modern and spacious, and the sea view rooms are simply superb.

Excellent hotel, for whoever has a child is a good option, is not adults only. Excellent structure. Breakfast with many options, full pension is a good option. Beach nau blue 10 min walk.
