Located on the outskirts of Santa Elena in a very nice natural environment, this hotel offers a great jungle experience. In hotter days people not used to sleep without air conditioning might have some sleep difficulties as rooms are only equipped with ceiling ventilators. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Our tour company had booked us to stay here, but had to leave as they had no bar, or restaurant facilities, except breakfast. It was too far from any other hotel for us to walk. The grounds were swarming with mosquitoes. It was a pity as the rooms looked really nice and it might be OK if you had a car and were prepared to go out for all meals and drinks. It appears that in the past they had a bar and did good dinners, but this has now stopped. You may be able to get some warm water, but they only have solar panels, so maybe not. The web site says “on request”. It says English spoken, but they only spoke Spanish and the site seemed to be looked after by a maid and a security guard, with no other staff present

Très joli eco-hotel dans un écrin de nature. Accueil chaleureux. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour que vous passiez un bon moment. Les repas sont de qualité et le service d'un très bon niveau. Une très bonne étape ou s'y arrêter avant de visiter Uxmal

Mitten im Dschungel, im Nichts, eröffnet sich diese authentische kleine Anlage. Die Zimmer sind ganz reizend und sauber, jedoch muss man es abkönnen, dass einem abends draußen auf der zu jedem Zimmer gehörenden geräumigen Terrasse possierliche Fledermäuse um die Ohren fliegen und sich anderes, kleines Getier anschleicht. Überall angebrachte engmaschige Fliegengitter verhindern jedoch deren Vordringen in den Schlafbereich. Es passt zum Hotel, dass es keine Air condition im herkömmlichen Sinne gibt, sondern nur einen leistungsstarken Deckenventilator. Wir fanden das wunderbar und haben bei offenen Türen und Fenstern eine tolle, exotische Nacht verbracht.

Une superbe étape pour rayonner autour Uxmal et visiter les sites de la Ruta Puuc. Un havre de paix au sein de la nature et aux milieu des oiseaux. Chambre confortable et spatieuce. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Accueil vraiment très sympathique et attentionné.

Très mignon mais wifi non accessible depuis la chambre le réseau 4g non disponible non plus dans la chambre , pas de Restauration le soir ni bar ! l eau chaude le soir pas possible si il n y a pas de soleil, le propriétaire nous a dit qu Il mettait le gaz en route pour chauffer l eau le cas échéant mais bon on a pris une douche froide , petit déjeuner léger ! Dommage c était joli ! Sinon Éclairage dans les chambre trop puissants Pas de petite lumière douce pour la Nuit ou veilleuse, prises insuffisantes, pas de tapis de douche

Parfais pour se reposer une nuit, situé dans la jungle, pas un bruit. la literie n'est pas très confortable, pas de serviettes dans la chambre à notre arrivée il a fallu réclamer 2 fois. La piscine très petite et pas entretenue. Petit déjeuner bien. Attention pas de restauration sur place il faut aller à Santa Elena qui ne dispose pas beaucoup de restaurent un seul ouvert en février et l'hôtel se trouve à 3 km du centre dont 1 km de piste se qui n'est pas évident la nuit. Personnel gentil.

Hermoso lugar... habitaciones muy bonitas y confortables.. con todo lo que se necesita para estar relajados y cómodos. La comida es deliciosa. El personal es lo máximo ! El lugar es mágico..sin duda alguna ir a ese hotel..visitar las ruinas cercanas..Uxmal y Kabah y convivir con la naturaleza en ese hermoso ambiente.. me hizo sentir MUY FELÍZ. ! Gracias Nueva Altia ! Pronto regresaré!
