Spent two nights at this place which is about 15mins away from Randazzo. The staff are super friendly, place is quiet, clean with a wonderful view. We couldnt enjoy the full service since pools were close. Place would be nice and full of people in summer, with pool open and other amenities to use.

This is not our first time at this accommodation. We love the location and the mountain views. The room, the restaurant, the pool are were clean. We booked a quad bike excursion and it was amazing experience. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of food and fresh fruit.......... The food was not for our liking especially the meat. We had lunch and the meet was a disappointment comparing to our previous stays. We did like the pizza. The receptionist was very helpful.

We spent 3 nights here and it was amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable as was the bed and pillows. Breakfast was very good and abundant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. You can have lunch/dinner there and the food was very good. We will be staying there again for sure.

We were 2 adults and 2 children(one with autism) together with another two couples. We stayed for 5 nights and returned home yesterday. We had daily breakfast and had dinner twice there. The food was heavenly, the rooms were immaculate, and the view from our balcony was like a postcard The owners and staff treated us like family. The only negative note was that the AC wasn't working correctly(26.5 C). But still, I highly recommend it.

One of the best stays ever ! I recommend this place especially to families with kids. This place is spotless and staff is very friendly. Food is the best we ever tasted especially if you are craving meat. The breathtaking views will always be in our hearts even the new friends we have made❤️ Thank you guys 😊👏🏼CI RICONTREREMO 😬

We got a free upgrade by the owner, which we greatly appreciated. The rooms were spacious and cosy. Breakfast was abundant and the one time we had dinner there, food was delicious. Other than that, surroundings are beautiful and I would be happy to visit again in the future. If i could make one suggestion, restaurant staff seemed to be, all the time, one person less than the ideal staff complement.

A great hotel to experience genuine food and nature. Luciano and Franco are the proprietors are always ready to help. Staff Tommaso and Elena are very helpful. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday in the heart of the Nebrodi. The place is best reached by car.

Great Place ( my second time ) Super Friendly staff and Managment, Superb Food, Best location to explore the Eastern part of the Nebrodi ( Randazzo, Floresta, Castel Umberto, Tindari, Montalbano Elicona , The Tholos tour , Agrimusco Megaliths ). Relaxing Holiday. Looking forward for the next...!!

Spa, esperienza negativa!!! Chiamato la prima volta per accertarmi dell’apertura e una seconda volta (in presenza di mia moglie, era un regalo per Lei) per confermare la prenotazione con tutti i dettagli del caso. Ci presentiamo il giorno all’ora prestabilita, ma ci allargano le spalle dicendo che non risulta nessuna nostra prenotazione e non è possibile accedere.. Ci congedano dispiaciuti ma senza nessuna alternativa valida per riparare al loro errore.. Lavorando io in ambito turistico sull’Etna, per esperienza, non sono questi i termini professionali per congedare degli ospiti. Per una coppia con figli piccoli non è facile ritagliare mezza giornata per una cosa del genere.. tempo buttato. Non consiglio assolutamente la struttura.
