Great service, Nice room and even better, it was a short walking distance from boardwalk. Only thing needed was a closet or rack to hang some clothes.

The bedframes were extremely loud and the room keys are faulty. Faulty room keys meant we were locked outside of our room with our car keys and the rest of our property inside when we returned at 2am. Management was unreachable until 9am and only after banging on the private residence door to where the owner lives. We recieved no apology much less any attempts to rectify me not getting the service I paid well over 200 for. Location not worth the hassle.

There were a lot of sketchy people around the hotel. Parking is really tight. Right across the street from the boardwalk.

Perfect location
If you’re literally there just for the boardwalk, this is the most perfect ideal room. It’s in between Santa Cruz, Boardwalk, and the pier everything within walking distance, very clean even in the middle of construction it was still a comfortable stay.

The room lock didn’t lock and there was no ac me and my kids were burning up I had to go and buy a fan.

There was no AC, but luckily the weather was nice. Very nice man at the front desk. Parking was on a slop and narrow. Be prepared if you plan to stay.
