Prenotato online due appartamenti x un gruppo di 10 pax (5+5). In realtà troviamo due appartamenti con 4 posti letto ognuno + un divano-letto nell'ingresso di uno dei due appartamenti per 2 pax, oltretutto non preparato adeguatamente con lenzuola e coperta. Sistemazione alquanto raffazzonata, gli appartamenti sono dimensionati per un massimo di 4 posti-letto ! La questione che più mi ha urtato è stata la totale assenza di personale, non esiste una reception, non esiste personale presente, tutto è stato gestito telefonicamente. Alla mia telefonata di lamentela non è corrisposta una presenza di personale in loco ! Gestione del cliente pessima, Hostal da evitare !
