Booked online two apartments for a group of 10 people (5 + 5). In reality we found two apartments with 4 beds each + a sofa bed in the entrance of one of the two apartments for 2 people, moreover not adequately prepared with sheets and blanket. The accommodation was rather botched, the apartments are sized for a maximum of 4 beds! The issue that most bothered me was the total absence of staff, there is no reception, there is no staff present, everything was handled by telephone. My complaint phone call was not met with the presence of staff on site! Terrible customer management, Hostal to avoid!
