The hotel is in a very good location, has very fast WiFi. Rooms are cleaned daily. Cleaning staff really needs solid re-training. Every time I left the room, I closed the window so that no one could jump into the room while I was gone and steal valuable things there, such as a laptop, camera, tablet, etc. However, when I returned, I found that the window was wide open. My room was on the ground floor, so anyone could jump in and rob my room at any time (It wouldn't take longer than 1 minute). The window led to the courtyard where there were no cctv cameras. Despite complaining to the hotel manager for 5 days in a row, nothing changed. Even when I put a sign on the window asking the cleaners to close the window after cleaning, they simply ripped it off and left the window open again. This put me under a lot of stress because for several days of my stay I was constantly wondering whether my things were still in the hotel while I was away from the hotel... this is unacceptable!!! besides, two times my towels were taken away and I never got clean ones, I had to go to the reception and ask for clean towels... with all due respect but your cleaning staff really needs solid re-training

This is not a hotel. It is the most disgusting and expensive experience I have ever had. What you pay for in the end is expensive. Dark room due to an old and dirty awning that covers the window. It was very hot in the room and it smelled of humidity and old tobacco. In addition, the window looked out onto a common patio and even though you cannot smoke, it stank of cigarettes and there was a lot of noise from other rooms both at night and in the morning. The only way to air out the room was by turning on an obsolete ceiling fan that makes a lot of noise. Obsolete and dirty furniture and bathroom. The sink was disgusting, it was dirty and worn and there were hairs in the drainpipe in the sink. In addition, the towels were yellowed. The room key was very insecure since it was like the one for an interior room in a normal house… I left a day earlier than planned because I couldn't stand it any longer. It is better to stay a little further away and with quality than in these poorly maintained central hotels.

I booked this hotel knowing that it wouldn't be much, since from the photos and everything else it looked like it was old. However, I didn't think it would be that shabby. We got a room that looked out onto a patio, so you couldn't tell if it was day or night. The decor was super old, there was a one-seater sofa that was disgusting to sit on, broken underneath... anyway, we had booked two nights and only stayed one. I don't recommend it at all.

Very comfortable hotel as it is located in one of the main streets of the city. Take to the street and you have everything at your fingertips: buses, taxis, restaurants, shops. Simple rooms, but with everything you need. Reception open 24/7 Excellent as a base for discovering the north of Tenerife

We booked for just one night, landing at the airport in the evening, and quickly reachable from there. The hotel is located in the center in an excellent position. Check in was quick and the staff were friendly. The structure is a bit old, but given the price paid you can't complain. Paid public parking less than 10 minutes walk away.
