I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

The hotel is so nice, clean, quiet, equipped, staff friendly. There were not a lot of guests and hotel restaurant is open only for breakfast since winter is approaching but we had a good time. The room, with the bathroom, balcony were very comfortable, with all our needed amenities. Breakfast was also good with hot food, fresh fruits, bread and pastries, coffee and juice well provided. Checkin and checkout were quick. We had one problem about the sink not draining as fast, but they were receptive when we reported it. Nice hotel to stay in Graciosa, 15-20 mins nice walk to Santa Cruz center to get some delicious food.

Arrived early around noon and were told we could not have our room until 4. They said they were full and vey busy. Hotel was empty for the 2 days we were there.they gave us a room overlooking the parking lot and even though the hotel was empty wouldn’t give us a room that looked towards the ocean without charging another 39 euros a a night, the restaurant was closed, limited staff and an old moldy smell that they covered with some sort of smelling oil or cleaner. The room was clean. The hallways are dark on a sensor that turns lights on when you get to it. The gym had old Ruth at was mostly it working. Would never go back.

Location and hotel are good for the circumstances. Human interaction will have to evolve and some hotel rules will have to evolve. With Check-in at 4:00 pm, as the minimum entry time, there is no attention to the customer, as happens in other hotels.

The hotel is located in a pleasant area of the island, with good access to the sea right in front of your eyes. Nice space to walk and relax at any time. Quiet moments. Dedicated, empathetic, helpful staff, I would like to highlight the excellent attitude of employee Rita Pereira. Rooms with a balcony either overlooking the sea or the hills where we are always treated to beautiful landscapes. The sunset gives the mills excellent stillness for recharging batteries. Clean varied breakfast, with attention to gluten or lactose free suggestions. However, there was no replacement. The menu for dinner or lunch is a bit rudimentary, with little reference to the island's raw materials. Fish seafood and meat. The room service part isn't the most captivating either...

Excellent offer at Graciosa! All the staff are incredibly friendly and polite! The rooms are super comfortable and super clean! Various services available and of great quality! Excellent location, very close to Santa Cruz da Graciosa, you can walk! Ideal space to rest! I recommend
