The hotel is very good overall, very clean and the smell is better, that is, there are sometimes some strange people near the hotel. It is estimated that it is the reason for the city. The speed is quite satisfactory. Not very fast.

Overall the stay is great. Location is good near beach,near restaurants and supermarket. It was advertised as it is.
My kids are impressed with the room - clean and spacious
Breakfast provided - the spread is not bad
Service - the staff are helpful and warm especially Jane and Christine
For Christine, she helped us to get a cab upon the day of check out. Uber cancelled on us few times which we are going to SAn Francisco International Airport. Or else we will miss the flight.
Surrounding environment around hotel - safe ,less homeless
I was very impressed as I read up many reviews before my booking with Hampton Inn West Santa Cruz
