This hotel is not a good place to stay. While the location is the only positive, it's still a bit far from the city center and there aren't many restaurants or supermarkets nearby. We saw numerous families waste hours trying to check in, only to leave frustrated since the check-in process is too complicated.
Additionally, the amenities are lacking. There weren't enough towels, and we had to pay extra for more. There's only one washing machine, so it was always in use. There's also no cleaning service, and the hotel even threatened to charge us a €50 cleaning fee—something I've never experienced before.
Finally, while the building is relatively new, the lighting is poor, making the interior feel dark and dim. I strongly do not recommend this facility.

Mountain trek
Very good apartment, a close trek or car drive away from lifts that takes you to the top of the Dolomites.
It was easy to check in and check out, and very good Communications with The Remote reception.

Great view, clean rooms, and enoug parking space. But you have to walk more than 10 minutes to the bus station. (it is up-hill coming back to the hotel)

Family vacation
We had a nice stay for 2 nights. We never interacted with anyone in person, only through WhatsApp when they needed $. The unit was spacious and clean. The pillows are very stiff. It would be nice to have maps and ‘things to do’ info in the unit. If you have a car, it’s extremely tight to get in and out but it is free. Open the window and enjoy the fresh air and gorgeous views

Beautiful view, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and was very nice to have! Although we didn’t have any physical contact with the staffs, communication was very easy with WhatsApp and prompt responses!

Comfortable and spacious apartment despite being a studio. Very large bathroom. Equipped with all comforts (only the dishwasher was missing, but no big deal). Bed a bit small for two tall adults. Breathtaking view from the balcony. At the entrance we found the card for free use of public transport. There is no physical reception, but the staff is always available and quick to respond even via Wattsapp.
