Nice location in the town of Santa Cristina, clean apartments equipped with everything... the only thing is that there is no on-site assistance, everything is remote and in the end it is a large condominium in which everyone does what they want without any control, if they happen to be next to you a noisy group of 10 of them occupying an apartment of 4... that's your business. If you don't sleep at night because someone is partying until 2am... your problem. There is no control or assistance in the facility, you have to call the main hotel 6km away from where they answer you at the reception... so if you're lucky with the neighbors you sleep otherwise not!!

I stayed in the two story room with two bathrooms. There was everything needed for the kitchen, two TVs and above all a breathtaking view of the Sassolungo. Alpine style environment and excellent cleanliness of the rooms. Really satisfied and I recommend it for families

Checking in is the first disaster that can only be handled by another hotel! Some of the beds are covered with old tablecloths. The kitchens are very sporadically equipped. Snow is not cleared. Using the outside stairs when it is snowing is life-threatening. Practically anyone can get into the underground car park because the key is accessible to everyone. The ski cellar is therefore also accessible to everyone and practically invites theft. The whole house is so thinly soundproof that it is very difficult to sleep. All in all, this house is very disgraceful for South Tyrol.

Appartamento confortevole e spazioso nonostante fosse un monolocale. Bagno molto ampio. Fornito di tutti i confort (mancava solo la lavastoviglie, ma poco male). Letto un pò piccolo per due adulti alti. Vista mozzafiato dal balcone. All'ingresso abbiamo trovato la card per l'uso gratuito dei mezzi pubblici. Non c'è reception fisica, ma il personale è sempre disponibile e rapido nelle risposte anche tramite Wattsapp.
