Diamant Spa Resort

We had the pleasure of welcoming the New Year for the third time in the most convenient and comfortable Hotel Diamant, where we already feel at home, thanks to the pleasant and cozy atmosphere created by the wonderful and kind hosts - the Musner family and their team. We are fascinated by their kind attitude towards each guest, as well as by the professional response to our wishes - always responsive and smiling. The food in the restaurant, as always, was extremely tasty and varied. The hotel is very clean and warm, well maintained, with a great spa, especially the sauna. And again this year Michele was with us - a great ski guide, an outstanding professional. With him we went around all the slopes and did the most fun ski tours. Michele knows all the wonderful restaurants with the most delicious food, with the best views of the Dolomites and above all we experienced real emotions. Thank you, Michele, for making our ski vacation unforgettable. Expect us next year as well, we will come to Diamant Hotel again and we hope that Michele will be with us again. Special thanks to Verena and her family - you are exceptional professionals! We will recommend the hotel and see you again next year.

Very helpful staff, wonderful spa. The ski guide was a very welcome bonus, especially as the snow was poor at lower levels so having someone who knew their way around was invaluable. The hotel is a little out of the way, but on a frequent bus route, and the hotel minbus will come and collect you on request. I'm seriously thinking of going back, which is really rare for me.

Our first time staying in a “proper hotel” for our skiing holiday, rather than a catered chalet, and for really very little extra we were charmed by the friendly, delightful staff, the exceptional food - with five course dinners (three courses extensive buffets and two “set”, with three options) - and an ideal location for quick access to the vast Dolomiti Ski area. Although you need to get either a public bus or the hotel’s own shuttle to get to the nearest lift, these run about every ten to 15 minutes, the very reasonable price for this hotel compared with a “ski-in / ski-out” location makes this a very attractive proposition for anyone wanting excellent value for money. The Mussner family are to be congratulated … but as others have said in their reviews (and one of the main reasons that we chose this hotel from the TUI / Crystal Ski options) was the inclusion of a FREE Ski Guide. We had come as a group of four, and “buddied up” with another group of four for five days skiing as a group with Michele. He took us to the best locations given the weather and snow conditions, our abilities, and state of the lifts, and reserved tables for lunch at outstanding mountain restaurants. Made a huge difference to our enjoyment of the holiday having the pleasure of some like-minded company, and Michele was a knowledgeable, charming host.

We had an amazing week at Diamant Hotel, which flew by like a dream. The hotel was unique - wonderful views, surrounded by the Dolomites, extremely hospitable hosts - responsive, kind and smiling. We really liked the family atmosphere and coziness, we were impressed by how the entire host family is committed to the pleasant stay of all guests. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The food was gourmet - a delicious and varied menu every day. The spa was great - the saunas had a great view of the mountains. Every night we sat in front of the fireplace in the lobby after a full day of skiing there. But the jewel in the Diamond's crown was the ski guide Michele provided by the hotel. Our most fulfilling skiing experience was with Michele. He is an outstanding professional, an excellent companion with a great sense of humor and intelligence. He knows the whole area very well and always took us to great slopes and beautiful views for photos and to rest so we could relax and enjoy the skiing without worrying about getting lost on the many slopes of these beautiful mountains and without wasting time wandering around the lifts and looking at the ski map uncomprehendingly. He was also extremely attentive, caring and patient with all of us with him. Our whole family is delighted with Michele. Thank you Michele for making our ski vacation unforgettable. We will certainly come again to Hotel Diamant to relive the pleasant emotions you gave us with your wonderful attitude towards us and above all we hope Michele that you will again be our guide through these wonderful Dolomites.
